I recently visited Westbahm Auto Service for brake replacement and tie rod replacement on my Honda element. Gilmore was incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly and arranged a drop off and pick up while mechanic working on the car. The service was completed quickly and the price were very reasonable. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely return for future service. I highly recommend Westbahm Auto Service.

Very quick & efficient with service. Oil change estimated 30-45 minutes only waited 20! Very affordable as well.

I arrived at 7:10 AM and was told mechanic doesn’t arrive till eight. Not sure why they would list seven as opening time. Waited almost 3 hours to get a stupid oil change using Groupon. Upon checking out the Groupon that I paid $55 for according to them doesn’t include the filter. This is an absolute deceptive practice. I paid an additional $33 and change on top of Went to the dealer and out the door in 20 minutes And the person was not empathetic and didn’t care les. I will never go back to this place and I don’t recommend you go there and waste your money with the bad attitude and bad disposition and bad business practice. It’s absolute scam to sell a coupon for an oil change and then have to pay additional $33 on top of the Groupon.

I have not used this companies service before and just went in for a State inspection of our '86 Chevy C10 pick up. The wait was short and the service professional. The shop is very nice, clean, pleasant environment.
