The service itself is pretty good they take in your car and they hold on to it till they just about have everything figured out right the pricing is reasonable the repairs are exceptional and I appreciate all their effort

I called Thursday, April 4th, for a quote for a Nissan Murano 2012 alternator repair. Scott told me he didn't have any availability until Monday, April 8th. I dropped my car off, and that repair should take 24-48 hours. I called Wednesday, April 10th, for an update and was told I had oil leaks, battery wires needed to be changed, and the alternator was bad. I asked if he would go and repair the alternator. I spoke with his sister, and she assured me that we are short staff and that your vehicle would be repaired. I called on Monday, April 15th. My vehicle still wasn't repaired, and Scott answered the phone, yelling and screaming. I asked him why he was screaming when all I asked for was a status and only needed my alternator repaired. I mentioned that I am the one who has been inconvenienced with two kids riding ubers. Then, to add insult to injury, he told me to come and get my vehicle he never started the repair. So I did as he requested. I wouldn't recommend this mechanic unless you are elderly and don't have anywhere to go for weeks on time. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend the service. I am just blown away about the service received by the company.

I called Westbrook Auto Service after a patient in our dental office referred me to them. This was on a Thursday and my plan was to call them on the following Monday. My car had been making a noise for a couple of days and the last two places I had used for car problems were not good. My boss looked under the hood of my car after work and told me that my fan belt was coming off the pulley. I had planned on calling Westbrook for an appointment when I got home. Well my car went "out" when I was on my way home that same day. It started making a loud noise and the noise suddenly stopped and my battery light came on. I was barely able to steer my car into a parking lot. So from the parking lot I called Westbrook in somewhat of a panic. Trina was a lifesaver! She was so calm and told me they could tow it if I needed them to. They towed it for me and fixed it the next day! They were wonderful and I plan on using them from now on! Thank you Westbrook, you saved me!!!

I will not recommend anyone to go to this racist shop everything I put in their hand they put on the table and slid it to me and all I wanted was a diagnostic test ran on my car they was trying to go ahead and fix the problem that wasn’t the problem before they called me and was trying to charge me for something I told them not to do it all I can say is don’t go up there in a nice car or they will look at you like a ATM machine They are very unprofessional my car was running fine before I dropped it off I lift up the hood is wires cut ..never again

We live in New York and our daughter attends college in Memphis. Over the past 9 months we’ve had 2 Memphis dealerships (Jim Keras Subaru & Auto Nation) tell us that work needed to be done on her car and given that some of the work had been previously done before she arrived in Memphis, we wanted a second opinion. She took the car to Westbrook Automotive. Scott at Westbrook Automotive is a straight shooter. He inspected her car on both occasions and sure enough, what she was being told needed to be done did not. If you want a trustworthy mechanic, do yourself a favor and go visit Westbrook Automotive. We are very thankful to have found them.

Not worth the headache go to some where else Scott can not control his temper begins to yell and scream like you are the issue the woman doing the best that she can but can be snarky as well . Save yourself time maybe even money if the insurance is not covering .

This was the worst place I've gone to. the repairs were not done as stated charged for a lot of other things not needed. Had to take the truck back to Toyota to have everything done properly. Once Westbrook was finished i could no longer turn the truck off with the key. Please don't trust these peopke. Not trustworthy.

On August 9,2021 I called Westbrook automotive to make an appointment and spoke with Trina. I asked if there was a fee for diagnosis and I was told "No" I was told that there was no available appt for Monday but to bring it in on Tuesday at 7 :30am-8:30am. I dropped off my vehicle and was told that no work would be completed without prior communication of prices and someone would give me a call on Wednesday to inform me of what issues were found. On Thursday I still had not heard from anyone so I called for an update. I spoke to the same lady and she said that the mechanic had not looked at my vehicle and she would call me. On Friday August 13,2021 2.5 hours before they closed at 5pm I called to see if anyone had looked at the vehicle . I was told that no one had looked at it. I went to pick it up because I had been without a vehicle for 4 days with no update on what was wrong. When I arrived Scott told me there was a fee of $137 with tax. I wanted to know why I was being charged when I was told there was no fee to inspect. At this point Trina told me that she had this new machine and it costed money every time they put a vehicle on it. I told her that it not what she told me as I made sure I asked before I dropped it off. I then asked her what was wrong with the truck since they put it on the machine. She said she could not answer and she wanted me to speak with Scott. Scott told me the vehicle had a cylinder 7 misfire. I asked Scott how much it would cost to fix the Cylinder 7 misfire. Scott said I don't know how much it will cost because the bill had not been paid. He just kept talking about the diagnosis fee. I hung up with him and went back to the shop to pay and get my vehicle. Once I arrived I tried to get a better understanding of what I was being told because I paid $137. for a diagnosis fee without any information on what was really wrong as Scott told me a cylinder misfire could be 1 of 5 different things . I aske why he could not tell me if it was one of the five things since they had the vehicle checked. Scott told me he could not finish the inspection because I was picking up the vehicle. Scott was loud and rude and In informed him that his behavior was unprofessional and rude. He then asked me what did I want . I replied to know what is wrong with my car. He told me I would have to leave my vehicle with him until Monday. I left at that point and he followed me outside as if I had did something wrong and not wasted $137. Money was never any issue I just wanted professional service for a fair price and received neither. I have the entire interaction on video footage.

Westbrook does great work. You feel comfortable leaving your vehicle with them. They will even take you to rental car dealership or home if needed.
