I was needing some routine maintenance done to my car, and I couldn't have found a better place to do business! They were quick, the front office staff was so lovely to interact with, their facilities are clean, and on top of all that, they're a small business. If you're needing car work done, you can trust this good group of people.

Awesome service and helpful staff. This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be coming back. I thought my window would cost a lot to repair, but the guys made it easier for me, so that it wouldn't cost so much. I am so happy I stopped by. They took care of me on a Saturday and had my car ready in an hour. Thank you guys!

I love the exceptional customer service, the reasonable prices, and above all, their HONESTY and INTEGRITY. It's hard to find honest mechanic shops, so this will definitely be my go-to shop for all of my vehicle repairs! I pray that this place continues to prosper because surely they could have ripped me (a single woman) off more than once, but they did not. And for that alone, I'm sending MANY BLESSINGS their way!! 🙏🏾

I randomly went here due to a couple of other places not being able to service my car. I was highly irritated by the time I arrived at this location. I shared my previous challenges and the guy behind the counter said they could take care of me. I got checked in and 20 minutes later I was out of there and I paid less than $60. I would suggest coming here.

I went to have my headlight and tail light changed here and the service was great! I called ahead and the gentleman that answered just told me to come on in. I got there later in the day and was out in no more than 20 minutes. Every encounter I had in there was a pleasant and friendly one. I will definitely be going back here.

I will never use another mechanic again. What would’ve costed me $900 at another mechanic because of a false diagnosis, I came here and got my A/C fixed for under $60 for something very minor that the first place didn’t catch. Only waited 30 minutes or less and I was out. This car shop is very reliable, knowledgeable, and punctual. Also the customer service was amazing!

My experience at Westchase tire and automotive was an absolute horrible experience. I bought my car in for AC repair and told them to fix everything that needed to be fixed. They agreed and fixed my AC or so I thought. About a week later my car begin to stall, so I took the car back up there to get checked. They told me they did not know what it was and my car should be fine and it just had to adjust to the new AC my car continue to stall so I bought my car back up to the repair shop and they checked my battery telling me it was good. I love bringing my car back up to the repair shop and they ended up replacing my battery because it turned out not to be good now less than a year later, I am trying to get my AC fixed again because they did not fix everything that needed to be fixed. When I called back up there and also drop my car back off, they were not willing to admit to fault in the situation at all instead, blame me for the problems that they did not fix with my car. I now will be taking my car to a different repair shop and would not recommend this repair shop to anyone!
