Found this auto repair business on google. And my personal experience has been beyond words. Their workmanship and customer service is better than any dealership and repair shop. And I've dealt with several and never felt this way. If you're in need of any type repair on your vehicle. Take my advice to heart visit this shop you won't regret it.

Excellent auto shop! Rizzo and his brother are old school! They have taken care of my 88yr old mother and her car with top notch communication and service. They were able to service my RAV4 Hybrid and I was very pleased with the service and fair price. Definitely will use Western Auto Care in the future!

Been here a couple times now and will continue to go back. Hard to find an honest shop with fair prices and good customer service. They always explain what needs to be done in detail and never try to force any service on you, just recommendations.

Western Auto Care are exactly the kind of mechanics you hope to find but rarely do. We started going here a few years ago because the shop was close, but that was a lucky break. I had a diesel engine, they handled everything—oil changes, repairs—you name it. They always went out of the way to make sure the work was done right and saved me a ton of money compared to the dealership. We’ve also got an old truck that’s been hanging by a thread for years, and every time it’s about to give up, Rizzo somehow brings it back to life and keeps it running safely. What makes Rizzo and the guys stand out is how honest and friendly they are. Not just great at what they do; they are also the kind of guys who makes you feel like a neighbor, not just a customer. They take the time to explain what’s going on with your car and always gives fair prices. Plus, they are the kind of guys who’ll wave when you drive by. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can really trust, Rizzo at Western Auto Care is your guy. I can’t recommend him enough!

Started going here after getting recommended by a friend because I didn’t know which shops I could trust anymore. They are always super fast and honest! They also keep in touch afterwards to make sure everything is up to par. Great customer service.

This place is truly a godsend. Nothing is more disruptive than your main mode of transportation breaking down and then on top of that finding someone reliable and honest to help you. Almost don't want to review this place because I don't want it to get too popular and then it will be hard to get in! It's becoming very difficult around here to find a mechanic that isn't a crook, isn't completely overwhelmed and either rushes on your car or doesn't follow up, or tries to upsell you on everything. The staff at Western auto care are classic good mechanics for working class people- they tell you what should be fixed immediately, what can wait, and know money is tight for everyone these days. They fixed my brakes and rotors within 3 hrs yesterday. They also actually CALL YOU and communicate- no waiting around till 1 pm for you to call and they say "uh yeah we haven't looked at it yet!". Go here and put your mind at ease. I will be going here for all future issues with my (still surviving) Odyssey.

My check engine light came on and was worried it'd be something expensive to get fixed. Read the reviews and they were nothing positive. Those reviews proved to be true and I had an overall awesome experience. Was able to get me in and out within an hour and the cost was more than reasonable. I will be bringing my car back here for any maintenance I need!

Overall, several great experiences with the team and service at Western Auto Care. From simple oil changes to larger items, the team is very transparent, efficient and professional while always making sure everyone is on the same page in terms of expectations and options. Would highly recommend!

Realized my Sahara needed a new battery after 2nd day needing a jump. I called & got a quote, dropped off my Jeep & battery was installed within in a couple of hours. Excellent svc & friendly/ courteous staff. I'll definitely seek them for any future auto needs.
