My car had a problem as I was driving back home from work, and the engine started heating up. Luckily I was close by Western Auto Repair and was able to bring my car here without tolling. I found this place using Google maps and trusted the reviews, and I’m so glad I did! Francisco is a very good mechanic, and took great care of my car. He gave us updates regarding the repair status and charged a fair price for the service. I had a very good experience, and would recommend their services!

Part2, I just received my beloved Vehicle,a.k.a. The Beast of Burden", back today and Francisco, I Thankyou so Very Very Much. He had diagnosed treated and cured my car just like a Neurologist treating a brain issue on a patient. He is a GOD send and does Not, I REPEAT DOES NOT play around. His craft is fortunate to have this Man in its Presence. I was experiencing stabilitrak issues and shucking out 100's I could not spare for diagnosis, and No one r e solved it and still was paid for their time. I can't help but feel Francisco and his team at Western looked into my eyes and were all to familiar with the look of utter despair and hopelessness I walked in with, and I explained my dilemma, but walked away knowing in my heart of hearts, this man was the answer and the truth. Francisco was compensated for your service,I still plan on delivering a Personal touch while waiting for the finances to get restored, I was always taught to send out a gift and a Thankyou card ,so that will be following next. Brought my 20 year old Buick in. It was making a grinding noise and was pulling to one side. I knew I had a bad rotor and I was way overdue for a tune-up and an alignment. Frank identified ONE bad rotor (didn't try to jack up the price by doing both of them) and my front brake pads (he told me the rear brakes were fine) and I needed one tire replaced. When he was done, the bill was less than I had expected, and the car runs like a dream once again. We used to go to another place in the area but they were sold and the service was no longer what it used to be. I am so glad we found Western Auto Repair. We now have a mechanic we trust and we will continue to bring our cars here when they need maintenance or repairs. He got the job done in the time promised, too.

I came with francisco so he can check the muffler of my pacifica 2004 and whenn he put my truck up he broke the back arm and now he didnt want,to fix it he told us it was not their fault and he even dosent want to. Take care of this issue ..people if you want to fix your car first think twise before going there because this is not a good dealer who you can trust..

I came here about a month ago to get my brakes fixed for a 2007 Chevy Uplander. They were very bad to the point where I was about to crash. I was greeted by a guy name Frank who was very nice and professional. He found the problem and it only took a couple hours to get it fixed. I liked the fact that they didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed. Frank explained that I only needed the master cylinder and that the brakes needed to be bled. He also mentioned that the brake pads were in great condition and didn't need replacing until another 6-7 months. I would definitely come in again and recommend it. Five star shop!!!

Western Auto fixed my brothers 05 Ford Taurus. It needed a muffler and flexible joint. This was in early Spring, I always wait a couple of months before I review an auto shop, it makes more sense to tell if it worked out now, 3 months later and everything is working out great. The guy I spoke with Frank was very nice and courteous as you expect with a family business. They've been around a very long time so I wasn't surprised it would be a good experience.
