I was buying a used car for my son and took it to Westgate Hightech for a prepurchase inspection. Westgate identified $3k in needed repairs for the car. I was able to use the information they provided to negotiate a price $3500 lower then asking. The $100 I spent at Westgate saved me thousands and in the end resulted in a great used car for my son. As always Nikki was fantastic to work with and all of the staff was extremely helpful and thorough.

It was the coldest day of winter (2025) my car needed a jump start . Then I was told “ DO NOT TURN YOUR CAR OFF “ something more was wrong . I drove directly to Westgate high tech auto and told Nikki what was wrong . She was awesome !!!! The mechanics are awesome and the “ security dog” is so worth having my auto repairs done there on my Chevy Malibu .

Mike and the team were amazing getting my Silverado SS back on the road. It was drawing power and killing my battery constantly. He diagnosed it in less than an hour and had parts on the way. Thanks again westgate!!

Never been so disappointed. I have been in the auto industry for over 40 years and had a lot of mechanical work done by the previous owner. I recently had, what I thought was a battery issue, after replacing the battery a year ago. I stopped in a specifically asked to have the battery replaced. Received a call that a battery and an overall diagnosis would be $518. First, I didn't ask for an overall diagnosis, fluids, suspension, etc as this was done a month ago during my oil change. Oddly enough, none of the items listed from their diag weren't on the one a month ago. But I did get to pay $65 for a daig that I didn't need nor ask for. I also didn't need a factory battery at $274 when NAPA, O'Reilly, Autozone or any other would work and save me money. Then a week later, I attempt to start the truck and the same issue is still there. Obviously I paid for a diag that wasn't done nor was a test done on the battery to verify that it was bad. Won't be back. Now I get a response, six weeks later, because my business means so much to you. I've been in the automotive industry for 45 years and appreciate the bullshit that you want to feed me about the more expensive battery being needed for fit when, virtually, every battery is made by Exide corporation and packaged for whatever company is selling it. They have a size and fit cataloged for every vehicle. I also appreciate being charged for a diagnosis on my suspension when I specifically told Nikki that I wanted a battery installed and nothing else. You also diagnosed my sons car, a $2000 car, for over $6000 in front suspension repairs using factory OEM parts when Napa, etc would work just fine. My nephew replaced everything using Rock Auto for $600. I wouldn't trust you to do the alignment. Finally, I had recommended you for an oil change on my lady friends vehicle, she was told she needed rear tires because the center tread was bad. Upon inspection of the tires, that came from a dealer a month before, she didn't need tires. I trusted, Dan the previous owner, a friend for over 30 years, with all of my vehicles and gave you a chance because of his recommendation. I don't trust you. If you really want to fix this, give me my money back.

Their process from bringing my vehicle in to picking it up is very smooth and informative. Nikki is very helpful and proactive at making sure my I know what is going on and I am getting done what is needed. I have an older vehicle that they have helped me keep running smooth. The techs are clearly good at their craft. I highly recommend Westgate High Tech Auto Care.

Our minivan transmission went out on I-680 between Dodge and Center, and I chose Westgate because it was 0.9 miles from the Center Street exit... And I'm so thankful I did! They were amazing to work with every step of the way. They communicated clearly, paperwork to review can all be done digitally, and they were honest and fair in their pricing and options. I left my van there and they got me an Uber to work, and then they helped me think through the next steps with all of the information. For a fair price, we were provided a full bumper to bumper inspection with notes and photos, and breakdown of estimated cost to fix any combination. Ultimately they did not fix our van per our choice, but I would not have hesitated to give them the opportunity.

The people at Westgate are amazing, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. I own 3 vehicles all of which I only take to westgate. Nikki is super understandable and helpful. All around a good shop that takes pride in their work!

Unknown to Westgate High Tech Auto Care their gas had become contaminated, but as soon as they found out their closed their pumps and have been so helpful to us and are reimbursing us for our expenses at having our fuel tank emptied. Great customer service.

Westgate did it again. I took my VW to the dealership. They messed up my car and caused a huge oil leak and are trying to charge me 4k to fix it. Westgate looked at my car, did a full diagnostic and saw the substandard work of the dealership that caused the issue. Wouldn't you know said dealership is going to replace what they did even though I was told they absolutely did it correctly😐. I'll be going back to Westgate to make sure it was done right. Thank you Nikki! You're the best and I just love Falcor.

Absolutely fantastic! Always able to fit us in. Does great work and doesnt up-charge for things we dont need. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good shop.

I moved to Omaha in June of this year. I was needing an oil change and my brakes checked. I took my car to brakes plus. I sat there for three hours just to get an oil change. They told me a part needed fixed for $300. I got a second opinion at Westgate High Tech Auto Care. They provided me with an Uber home and back once my cat was finished. A thorough review of all aspects of my car was given and everything was fine. I will continue getting my services here. Great place, with great people. Nikki is phenomenal!!!!

I needed my car looked at...and they were going to close in 15 min...Mike looked at it told me to be there in the morning at 8 am...I was ..it was fixed in 10 min...the heat shield lost a bolt...Nikki was my 1st contact by phone...she was the best!.. I had a 10 experience at this High Tech Auto Care...and will be returning!!! I have already told 3 people who took the phone number.... Kathleen Clement 😁oh little Falkor the dog liked me too...

I was from out-of-town and stopped at Westgate with a tire problem. Nikki was wonderful and took care of my issue immediately. If I'm in town and need a car repair of any kind, I will definitely stop at Westgate High Tech Auto Care again!

Unfortunately I would not recommend. I have waited 2 weeks to even write this. I took my Audi there end of July, got my rear suspension and front PS axel and tie rods replaced, as well as brakes and a sensor. Within 24 hours of picking it up it was back in because I could hear metal on metal noise in front end, they took it back stated it was bolt to a bushing in my rack n pinion, the gentleman said when the car was up on lift they put the bolt in and when they lowered it to ground the bolt wasn’t tightened correctly and it bent , they stated they corrected the issues, and also concerned that my brakes were squeaky. One week after that it started making more noises, took it back again, they stated it was my upper tie rods this time but it was from the strain of putting lowers on and not realizing it was bad to and they will “cover” the cost. I said ok, got my car back for a few days and the same metal on metal, took it in and they stated it was body noise and maybe have a body shop look at it, I did disagree but I let it go. Then the same evening of picking my car up i opened my car door and my radiator fans turned on, thought that was odd, and next morning called and stated to them what it was doing along with the same metal on metal noise. Took my car BACK in and they stated my radiator module was bad and first quoted me 7k to replace, then few hours later it was 2800, I told Nikki I just didn’t have the money for that at this time, but very odd how it went bad, also they left something just hanging in front of my radiator didn’t reattach it. I also noticed the PS bumper was broke, the clips completely broke but it was tucked in to look like it was fine. I told Nikki this the next day and she said we will look at it, never said anything else about it. Here we are about the 5th time of them having my car but had to wait a week because I never got a text back from my first text nor a return call, again for the metal on metal noise, called me a few hours later said it’s ready to be picked up, it was just a bolt in the bushing of rack n pinion, hmm, I confronted her that this is the 3rd time that same bolt has been loose obviously when the messed it up, and admitted to me they did that it’s not correct. She said yes it is I promise it’s good. Not even 6 hours later sent a text stating the noise is back. Took it in the very next day and now it’s the other sides tie rods and axel, I asked her how are they just seeing this and had my car just a few days ago and it was the bolt? She said things just go bad. Well not in a day. She then said well we always recommend getting both sides done, this was not the case they sent a text with what needed done, I hit approve all and got it done. She said well I can have my boss reach out to you, still two weeks later and he has not. They also at the last time had to replace the PS axel that they just replaced in July, because it had gone bad already. Still don’t understand that. Also the last time I said hey brakes are making a death squeak still not sure if it’s the ones you just did or not, she stated she would have them look, they never said a thing. Still making the noise as well. I also requested papers on all work done, 3 times and she has never got me the papers. So bottom line is, they completely dropped the ball on my car, I have more wrong with it now then I did when they first touched it. Spent almost 5k and in a worse position then in the beginning . Also, still haven’t got the phone from the big boss, and it’s been over two weeks. It’s so disappointing you trust someone with one of your most expensive life investments and they won’t admit to their wrong doing, or correct their issues. Sorry for the long post, but wanted to be detailed so everyone could really understand what they are dealing with and also my experience and frustration.

Westgate was above and beyond! They made our transmission nightmare so much more bearable. They were detailed and the communication was outstanding. They answered my many questions and made me feel reassured every step. Nikki was awesome and gave outstanding customer service. I will bring our cars here anytime we have issues! I highly recommend Westgate High Tech!
