Asked for an inspection, one car was in their garage. The man working on a car said okay and went inside. A man came out said no inspections during lunch. I said okay when? He said they don’t appointments. I asked when lunch ended. He said no time after lunch. So i guess they don’t do inspections.

I had some issues on the front end of my Toyota Camry and so I took the car here upon a recommendation from a good friend. Martin was very upfront, honest, and extremely fair in pricing. My car drives like brand new and Martin had it back to me within 24 hours. Highly recommend this shop!

Great place, had tires fixed and installed, come here for inspections too. Really nice folks, you can tell by how they treat the little old ladies of the neighborhood when they come in. Fair prices, great work, prompt service. (Audi SQ5)

I've transferred yearly maintenance from the dealership to Westlake Auto Care after the warranty expired. (I've found dealerships to be less than honest.) Have been very pleased with these visits. Recently I had issues with the front brakes, and the mechanic, Martin, was very open about the repair: the car was still safe, and the repair was optional. This week a similar issue appeared with the rear brakes. He diagnosed the issue and is attempting a quick fix to spare me the cost of replacement. And he didn't charge me! I live close by, and Martin was very accommodating about shuttling me back and forth. Westlake Auto Care has earned my business for the long-term.

My old beater decided 80 miles from home was a good time to start stuttering and throw the blinking check engine light. I didn't want to risk driving back with it, so I searched for the nearest mechanic and headed over to these guys. It's a cozy little shop (they have super comfy couches and coffee) with Shell gas station pumps outside. The guys were very communicative and friendly. They told me they may not be able to get it fixed by day's end (completely understandable, as I got there with no appt and 2 hours before close) but they were able to perform a diagnostic. That was done in record time, they ended up being able to get the part (shoutout to the part delivery company/team too, they got it over to the shop super quick) and my car was ready to get back on the road. Price was perfectly reasonable and I happily paid it. All in all would definitely recommend this shop.

This place is awesome! A little hidden gem. I called this place after a terrible experience with a shop down the road. The gentleman who answered the phone was kind, patient, and super helpful. He answered all my all my questions right away when I got to the shop and was very easy to deal with. The previous shop turned me away for an inspection because “their computers couldn’t connect to my vehicle”. I shared this with the Westlake Automotive team and they said they could see what they could do. With a little tweaking, they were able to connect my car, it just needed and extra push, and did my inspection in no time. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. What a pleasant sigh of relief they were that day. Thank you Westlake Automotive, I will DEFINITELY be sending people your way!

This place is awesome went in got an oil change and also a tire plug for a nail in my tire! The tire repair took about 5 minutes and oil change was 30 the waiting area was great and came with a free coffee.

Wonderful service! When my Audi A6 began overheating, I went online for a nearby service station and found Westlake Auto Care, which was highly recommended. I phoned and drove in. A small group of mechanics quickly determined that a new coolant thermostat was needed. They ordered the part and began work when it arrived the next day. Martin, the lead mechanic for my car, was knowledgeable and clearly explained the specifics. To ensure proper servicing, he readily contacted Audi service support regarding nuances on the A6. My A6 is again performing very nicely. It was refreshing to deal with an open, honest and professional provider that was dedicated to serving the customer and fixing the problem rather than with an impersonal factory shop. I highly recommend Westlake Auto Care for repairing an auto.

Went for a tire repair and they used a very uniquely technic that consist in drilling the hole with the tire in place in the vehicle and then, punching the rubber worm into it. Well, the guy drilled the hole but not quite in the tiny original hole made by the nail, but a new hole. When he found air was still coming out from the original hole, he said, tire is damaged and you will need to buy a new one … They refuse to take any responsibility and I lost a brand new tire…

This place is just the best. They are really good at what they do, they are fast at diagnosing the issue with your car and what's more is that they are very kind and friendly. The best part is that they are very affordable. The owner Hamid Miri and his team are fantastic. They have a nice little waiting room with coffee and wifi and they might even allow dogs in there. I know my car is in reliable hands when I take it to Westlake Auto Care. I will recommend this business to my friends and especially UT students.
