It's a little hard to find a the first time but definitely worth it. The facilities are very well kept. I was greased warmly. My estimate was correct and the price was more than reasonable. My car was completed in a timely fashion. The cost and estimated time were above and beyond my expectations in a good way. I highly recommend and will definitely go back. This was a welcome pleasure because I have had some bad experiences with dealerships telling me that it’s something else and attempting to get money for work that isn’t necessary. I am not rich. I am a teacher so my income is limited. So I was overjoyed to find someone I can trust.

Mike and his team were able to identify the problem with my Mercedes GLK350 that the dealer couldn’t identify. The repairs were quick and very reasonably priced. Mike was courteous and professional. I’ll be taking my car to this shop for scheduled maintenance in the future.

I have Audi 2014 sport A4 and I have shopped around to find repair service outside the dealer. Mike has been very helpful in keeping my service on my vehicle updated. He is kind and trustworthy. I trust him to do what he say he will do. I have been able to receive consultations from him regarding issues with my vehicle and it don’t cost me nothing but some time. They provide great support and customer service. I find they are not as pricey as the dealer. If you have an Audi that needs repair. I recommend Westport Auto House

Mike is very knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz. He is also very personable and most of all, HONEST. The service is outstanding and the pricing is reasonable. I took my 2014 Mercedes E350 to him for a second opinion. A Mercedes dealer advised me that my car needed a new radiator, due to corrosion, and sensors. The estimated cost of repair was $1,700. Mike took a look at my car. No corrosion. No need for sensors. All that was needed was a new upper radiator hose. How is that for being honest? Mike saved me $1,500. Thank you, Mike. I will ALWAYS bring my car back to you.

Rude, I ask about getting my vehicle oil changed, he was rude and said he didn’t want to service because of the roof of the vehicle is a high top. Didn’t have to be rude, we own several businesses and I can’t image talking to our customers that way. Boo on you!!!! Negative 10 rating.

My first experience with Westport Auto House was good, I am new to the city of St Louis coming from Jackson Mississippi, my 2007 Mercedes Benz GL450 air suspension head stop rising, I just had majority of the components replaced October 2021 so everything is under warranty, Westport told me the compressor was bad so I called and had a warranty part sent out they replace the compressor upon replacing the compressor it was found out that the valve block was bad again under warranty part sent out they replace the valve block and my truck is like new again. I will continue to do business with Westport Auto House they seems to be honest and very good at what they do I will keep you updated on further interactions with Westport.. thank you Westport keep up the good work

Changed a turbo on our 2012 VW GTI. Work was completed when they said it would be and at the price (much better than the dealer and a large local chain) they quoted. They are our new VW mechanic now!

This week I was purchasing a used late model Audi S5 and talked first to Igor then the owner Alex about a pre-purchase inspection. They accepted the car for inspection and conducted a thorough diagnostic and visual inspection and a test drive. They took pictures of any issues they found (fortunately only minor) and Alex called to go over the inspection with me. He was patient in answering my detailed questions. They did estimates for repairs and a report. The cost was reasonable considering they spent a minimum of 2.5 hours with the car. Working with pros was very helpful in buying a used car from out of town, I recommend them after this experience.

I didn't feel very welcomed by the owner. He seemed uneasy with my presence and inquiries. Seems strange because the receptionist was just the opposite. They specialize is European auto repair and I'm in search of a trusting and competent mechanic but this place didn't make a good first impression.

Mike is excellent. I came to Westport Autohouse because Plaza Land Rover added hidden fees to my service estimate. Not only did Mike beat the dealer estimate by over $100, the work was done on time and my Discovery runs perfectly now. I'll be coming here for as long as I own this vehicle.

They have always done quality work on my Porsche Cayenne at a much cheaper cost than the dealership, Mike is truly trustworthy, the staff is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend them for all your repair needs it’s going to be done quick and correct.
