Built their business on european cars which they no longer seem willing to work on, if it’s actually a European car. Only interested in attempting to help after negative review posted. Maybe they'll do a good job on your car, who knows. It would be convenient for me to let them work on my car but according to the person who answers their phone, who returned my call after speaking with the owner, I guess it’s too much of a hassle for them to work on legitemately European cars. Probably better that a shop with this attitude doesn’t lazily work on these cars anyway. Maybe a new shop will open soon that specializes in the cars they present themselves as specializing in. To me, when businesses are only interested in serving customers after it has potential to negatively affect their profits, thats a red flag. Ironically, the places that don’t present themselves as European specialists are more happy, capable, and willing to work on my imported car.

Fantastic service. Took my daughter’s Ford in and it had major issues. They had it done in two days. Professional, fast, efficient, and communicated with me throughout the process!

I’ve been servicing my cars here for over 5 years and I would not go anywhere else. These guys are super knowledgeable and fair. The staff is friendly and just an overall great experience from start to finish! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Initial service and they were very professional (prompt and comminicative). Walked me through their troubleshooting, completed my vehicle's service on time with decent pricing. Hope to keep working with them in the future.

Great experience working with Jeff and the team at Westshore Automotive. Had a tricky code that he was able to diagnose and ultimately repair with a new fuel pump. I appreciate his clean and organized shop.

I have used Westshore Automotive for my service and repairs for quite some time now, and Jeff has always been very helpful in diagnosing and repairing any problems that come up. Today, he even helped me fix a problem that I created, without an appointment or anything. If you have a car that you need fixed, maintained, etc, I always recommend Westshore Automotive. Best mechanics in Tampa that I have seen.

The folks at this shop are the best! I was in for an oil change and when they found a larger issue, they immediately addressed it, were quick to assist with the warranty coverage, and ensured I wasn’t missing any further problems. Definitely coming here for my car care.

Jeff is an honest guy, and more importantly a competent and skilled mechanic. I brought my G63 in for service and he took the time to explain the current condition and any maintenance items that needed to be addressed. Prime location! Overall I am very happy and would recommend him to all of you that are enjoying your German toys

This is an excellent, trustworthy mechanic. The only mechanic I would use in Tampa. My A/C was not working and that was the reason why I took my car there. Jeff told me that there was a an A/C recall for BMW that they will do it for free. Next day I took my car to BMW and they fixed it for free. What mechanic does that? Thank you so much much for helping me. We need more people like him so honest.

To start off my experience with westshore automotive has been exceptional. Had Jeff install my lowering springs and Alignment for a reasonable price with fast same day service. cool guy, very knowledgeable. Jeff takes pride in his work.

My car is just out of warranty and I was so unhappy with my service experience with the dealership, I was looking for other options. I was referred to Westshore Automotive by some friends and I couldn’t be happier. They were extremely friendly to work with. They were able to finally diagnose the actual issue with my A/C (the dealer had the car for a month and couldn’t actually fix it), quickly obtain parts and get the car repaired in less time than anticipated. It was a real treat to find a solid auto service company. While I don’t want to have car issues again, I will happily return to Westshore Automotive.
