Absolute professionals, diagnosed and fixed my broken E-latch lock on my Mach E with no issues. Actually came under the quoted price. One of the few shops outside the dealership that aren’t intimidated working on electric cars. Would recommend and will use again.

Ive known Wayne since 1992 when a dealership tried to sell me a new clutch and Wayne told me all I needed was clutch fluid for my Dodge Stealth. $600 vs $1.00!! Ive been a loyal customer ever since. Recently my Huydai Santa Fe went in at noon and at 4pm I had a new axle and motor mount installed. Wayne and his people, Keith, and Justin are top notch with great integrity and honesty. I brought my vehicle in for a/c repair. Keith informed me that a couple of cells in the battery were dead and recommended to have the battery replaced. It’s preventable situations like these that keep my trust in Westside Auto that keeps me coming back.

Paid $200 to diagnose and fix AC & coolant. Quoted an extreme amount for repairs so I opted out. ~$700 to repair coolant system alone ($50 hose) Was told the coolant system was pressure checked and a hose had a leak and that they would top off the coolant before I picked up the vehicle. Upon arriving home I noticed the coolant was low so I filled it and immediately found a puddle under the vehicle. Come to find out the coolant reservoir had a hole in the back. $20 part and 5min driveway job. Yes they could’ve bypassed the coolant tank for the pressure test, but this is a pretty obvious miss if so… especially if they topped off the coolant for me as promised. Sad world we live in…

The past two times that I’ve been here have been great! When I had an issue with my spark plugs they clearly explained the issue and the solution to me and also gave me a full price breakdown which made me feel more comfortable with completing the service. I recently went for an oil change and it was a quick process as well! Very friendly and I highly recommend Westside Automotive!

Friendly, very knowledgeable auto mechanics, honest, and reasonable price. They provided a loaner car and my car was ready to pick up as mentioned. They performed an excellent job on my BMW. I highly recommend Westside Automotive!

I left my car over night for an oil change/general maintenance/AC. But I couldnt even receive that oil change because my window tint was considered "Too dark". The ONLY thing achieved was breaking the plastic a/c directional piece. Shop does pretty good work, but my last trip was awfully inconvenient.

Called in to get my sons Nissan spark plugs change. WAYNE was so rude. Telling me it could cost anywhere from 300-600$ for spark plugs.. then i told him it shouldn't cost that much, but he said they need to charge $150 for a diagnosis… i told him i already know the spark plugs is what needs to be changed. But he says “we dont work like that” and hung up. — i worked 7 years in the auto motive field. Just rude and terrible business. Very disappointed.. especially because i came here reading the good reviews was shocked.

Called in to get my spark plugs replaced, the guy tells me I need to pay 130$ for a diagnosis first👎🏾 why can’t I just get my car fixed, I gtta pay for a diagnosis when I already know what’s wrong it? Just fix my car bro, tryna juice my pockets

They didn't fix my 2007 prius, however they analyzed the repairs and the cost of repairs was more than the car. I was able to get 1k as a trade-in.

Westside Automotive staff are honest, efficient, thorough and respectful of their clients time. Their prices are fair ! I drive over an hour both ways, when my vehicle is in need of repair. I have recommended them to several of my family members and friends. 6-5-2024 I will only use Westside Automotive to service my vehicles. The staff are Honest, Friendly and Very Knowledgeable!
