I called the shop earlier today asking about a job application. I was greeted by a mumbled shop name and as I was introducing myself, the shop owner/worker hung up the phone, presumably because I am a woman. Regardless of the reason, this was extremely unprofessional and a simple “we are not currently hiring” would have been all that was necessary for me to not leave this review. The attitude I received over a 20 second phone call was absolutely unacceptable and I would not trust or recommend Westside Tire and Auto if this is how customers and applicants are treated.

Thank you, Westside Tire, my tire had a nail in it and you guys plug it. People may think it's nothing but when you find a good service mechanic in your neighborhood you appreciate it. I will be returning for some additional services in the future. Great customer service as well.

They were absolutely wonderful. I had a bent rim and flat tire and was quoted by another shop at $160 and would take 2 days. This shop got me in same day, fixed it in one hour and charged me significantly less. They showed me exactly what they did and were so polite! Would recommend to anyone! 10 stars!

These guys were very reasonable with their pricing - but also do such a great job! They have mechanics who care and excellent service on tire replacement. They did what they promised they would do and did it ahead of the time frame they initially gave me. Very professional, 10 stars!!

Well I was told that they had a set of mint used tires which would mean very good they wanted 250 I drive up there and the were under 50% tread and had a nail in them complete waste of time and his answer was well if you don't want um that's cool I drove out there under complete different impression .... Watch what you buy here first impression wasn't good.... And to boot this guy comes back trying to make it out like it was me 😂 I deff didn't use a card nor did any of that happen and fyi I'm 10 months clean I got tires right around corner for half the price no nails and better service 200 for 4 Firestones with a nail and under 50% tread ... God knows what happened and to cover up a situation with a bold face lie ... You guys must have alot of bad issues to get me confused with some one else ... I drove an hour for "mint" Firestones with a nail and instead of offering something else just was rude and said if you don't want um fine
