BEWARE!! Lost thousands of dollars due to complete lack of experience or understanding in the mechanics business. Still debating about taking to court to fight the charges! You can't charge for things you weren't able to complete! If you want your vehicle to be an experiment for them, and if it doesn't work out then they just tell you sorry.. we did our part though, so you'll have to still pay. Then this is your place, everyone else I would RUN before they can lay a finger on your car!

Went in and asked them to look at my right rear tire for play. After 3 hours of waiting and thinking they were working on the bearing or rods, they finally come out and say, the kid they just hired from Burger King is done inspecting your vehicle. That will be $165. Don't waste your time or money here!

My husband and I have been doing business with Westsiders garage for many years but recently got some of the worst customer service it's a nightmare my 2011 kia was taken there after it recovered from a theft ,we were told by the general manager and her assistant that the car would be ready in two weeks or sooner well that was October 19thb 2023 After calling weekly and getting the run a round On February 7th 2024 I received a call from the General manager who said Iyour parts are in you car is completely repaired except for the part they had been waiting on for 5 months, but your car will be done on thev9th (February 2024) well I went there on the 9th was told by a person who claimed to be the new assistant but said he is not actively working for westsider garage that he and the mechanic was sub contractors that westsider garage is no longer open and they need my receipts to complete my car I show them my receipts along with the insurance receipts then he says still well we meaning himself and the mechanic need you to pay us for the work done on your car said they westsider garage is no longer open take it up with them.2 days later I received a call from the mechanic at the garage left a message that they had my car towed .,which cost me $743 +$2798 in parts and labor that was never ordered or labor done and$ 1000. That was paid on the 9th cause that's when I was told my car would be ready so what I am trying to say is Not only is Westsider garage a fraud but the New tenants are following in the same way ,I asked both the front person called himself Alex and the mechanic called himself luwes What could we do to solve this problem and both said we need you to pay us I said pay you for what I contracted westsider garage and they were paid in full on the 9th but the work was never done ,but at that time there mechanic is now what he says a subcontractor in the garage and amits to removing parts from my car and having car towed .since this my car was taken to a repeatable shop and was only there 48 hours and is home like brand new. 🙃 All I can say is II wish the best to you both in your journey as Subcontractor ''

I had my starter removed, ordered, and installed all in the same day. Amazing customer service they even waited after hours for us to pick up our vehicle.

Luis is such a mechanic he got everything done quickly and most importantly right while being very friendly and kind. Jackie at the front desk feels like family and i just met her. She very sweet and down to earth. Id definantly recommend checking them out if you are in need of brakes and rotors. They both also managed to get me a discount bc id found them through google. They also offer a cash discount which is nice. They got me in and out in the same day even though my wheels had a wheel lock on them that i didnt know about anddidnt have q a key for. They really went above and beyond to help me. Thank you westsiders garage and an extra special thank you to luis and jackie.

Good service and communication, the lady up front is very nice and so is the other tall gentleman...My vehicle is running again..... so praise God for that. Shout out to Luis who is a great technician, and very good with customers.

I brought my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in because I was having noises coming from my suspension and evap codes they took very good care of my car they went above and beyond they had some nightmare issues with the rust underneath but still managed to take care of my car thank you for your service and I would recommend you to anybody with any mechanical problems

I can’t say enough good things about this shop, I’ve struggled so much trying to find a good trustworthy mechanic that doesn’t try to charge an arm and a leg trying to rip me off doing more work then my vehicle needed. I instantly had a better feeling about this place, I was so kindly greeted by Jackie and she was able to get me in so fast. My mechanic was Alex, he took the time to speak to me in person about the problems I was having with my truck- he was very informative and transparent showing me and explaining to me how the fuel system works and made suggestions on what they should troubleshoot first so I wouldn’t be overpaying since I wasn’t entirely sure what was wrong with it. (I’m a female and I finally felt like I wasn’t being jerked around and taken advantage of for not having much mechanical knowledge) this company’s customer service and expertise is unprecedented! Highly Recommend

Can’t say enough about Westsider’s! As a parent you never want to receive a phone call saying your child is broke down on a highway. It’s even worse when you are 1,200 miles away from him. I immediately googled mechanics in Colorado Springs and this was my first call. I am so thankful google led me to them! From the first phone call I was impressed. She got a tow truck out to him within the hour. Technicians kept in touch every step of the way. They sent a very state of the art invoice including pictures of everything they did! . We couldn’t be happier with the pricing. Normally you walk out feeling like you got ripped off, but not here. So happy to have found them for all of our son’s car repair needs while he is stationed at Fort Carson. Thank you Westsider’s, we appreciate all you do!

Very polite, but horrible work. Spent 2K to get the front differential fixed and got my car back in worse shape then when it went in and now the tires need to be aligned (I had them aligned before I went to Westsider.) Every time I got my car back it was smoking more and more, and there was a heat guard missing from the engine by the O2 censor.

I got the alternator done on my Ford F-150 and it was done very quickly, the customer service was wonderful and the prices were very reasonable. Thank goodness they're open on Saturdays!

I had my car towed here and they took great care of me. I desperately needed my car back by Monday for work, and they stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I got my car back. I was so pleased with the compassion I was shown and my car is good to go. Thanks Westsiders!

If I ever break down or needed automotive assistance I would definitely use Westsiders garage. They were so accommodating to our needs and definitely work for their customers. My husband and I were stranded in Colorado Springs when lighting hit our 2 year old Nissan Rouge. Jackie shared valuable information we needed in order to put us where we needed to be. I highly recommend this business for all your vehicle needs, if they cant help you they know the people who can. We will forever be thankful to Westsiders Garage in Colorado Springs.

Not professional at all, they just winged it and hoped i didn’t notice… told me my engine needed to be replaced, although i replaced it before i even came to them🤦🏽‍♂️ i wouldn’t come here to save my life.

Spent $2,700 they fix nothing which was the problem and then intentionally crimped hoses so I had to buy more misleading lying through the entire process

Worst place ever. Told me I needed an entirely new engine when it turned out it only needed a new fuel pump. That's something even a basic mechanic would know so it was either a purposeful misdiagnosis or incompetence.

Couldn't be happier with the work, service, and turn around time. I referred a friend of mine to them. They quoted fair prices, got the car in, swiftly diagnosed, and tuned up within 24 hours. DO NOT GO HERE TO SAVE YOUR LIFE. This place is a joke. All this place cares about is lying and screwing you over for money. Don't take your car here unless you want to replace your entire perfectly running engine for no reason. Their customer service is terrible. They took days to provide answers and then demanded I pay the second they say, even though I hadn't heard from them in 3 days. They told me I needed to replace my entire engine, and there was nothing else that they could possibly do. I didn't trust what they were saying so I had it towed to another shop and guess what? There was absolutely NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. Shocker. It just had no gas in it... I'm not sure how this place is still in business. There is absolutely no excuse for how incompetent this shop is.

Have gone here multiple times and had them come to my house to do an alternator repair/replacement as well. ALWAYS satisfied with the service and prices! Will continue to come back and get work done here! They even do follow ups and whatnot to make sure everything is good! Love this place and it's on the Westside!

Notorious for replacing parts that don’t need to be and trying to sell you on a new engine, when there’s nothing wrong with it. Had a car towed here a few weeks ago to have the gas tank drained. I was told the car wouldn’t drive and the engine wasn’t salvageable because of a little diesel in the gas tank. It sounded fishy so I had a different shop pick up the vehicle. Turns out it drove fine when they put some gas in it. I was able to pick it up the next day and drive it home. Westsiders was quoting me over $9,000 in repairs and there wasn’t a single thing wrong with the engine. Even as a last resort, I’d avoid this shop. Response- Need to clarify a few things. The car did have power and worked when we dropped it off. We had it towed to be safe. We also paid for a full tank and the car was on E. You’re also admitting that your staff is so incompetent, that you would replace a whole engine, over not filling the tank with enough gas to properly test drive it to see if it was working. $9,000 in repairs over $40 in gas, that we paid for, and was never put into the vehicle.

When our alternator went out, Jackie arranged a tow, professionally asked questions to confirm my diagnosis of a bad alternator, and had a new one on its way to her shop before we got there. Two hours after becoming stranded, her crew had us back on the road for a reasonable price.
