I have been going to Westwood Auto for more than a decade. The service is superb and the attention to detail is unmatched by any other auto shop that I have ever been to. Their body shop is also stellar, and they do an amazing job fixing body damage to the car and painting it perfectly! They recently did another job for me, and I cannot be happier and more impressed. But most important is that this place is managed by a guy, Kenny, who is not only knowledgeable and an expert in German cars, but he is also one of the kindest and nicest human being that I have ever met, and I trust him 100%! His workers are also amazing and do a fantastic job. If you want your car serviced by technicians that do a superb job, efficiently and effectively, and at a reasonable price, don't waste your time and go directly to Westwood Auto. Went in to get my car fixed after a collision. Everything was handled very efficiently and timely. took only 3 weeks to finish fixing my car and it looks brand new. They are super easy to get in contact with and communicate. Kenny is the absolute best and i will always come back to him for my car troubles. pricing was reasonable as well. Everyone that works there is very trustworthy and reliable. i've had issues with dealerships swiping sunglasses from car before and I accidentally left my sunglasses inside again. I went back for them and they were still there. Very pleased with the service and I highly recommended 10/10!! tried to include before & after photos hope this helps!

this is the shop to go to for all your MB and BMW service maintenance. the service is timely and reasonably priced. i made an appointment for 8 AM saturday morning and Kenny was right on time to greet me. made me feel valued and welcomed the service provided is top notch and Kenny even communicated with me via TXT to let me know if anything major was needed, luckily not. he’s a top notch technical service guy and can diagnose my BMW issues lastly he also does body repair work and from what i saw you will not be disappointed. he deals with the insurance people and does excellent body damage repair. you have an issue with your European car….this is the place to go. you get a friendly gay that knows what he is doing and treats you like family. thanks for the service on my old BMW george

yepp this is your go to mechanic! I find most auto shops intimidating, but Kenny is a trustworthy and reliable guy. He communicates well & sends text updates with photos too. Overall, a good experience - and he’s funny too. Why not make an annoying errand a positive one!

I went to Kenny and his team at Westwood Auto to get my brake pads replaced yesterday. I called them Thursday night, and they were able to fit me in first thing Friday morning, which I really appreciated. The whole team was extremely kind, quick, and honest! While working on my car, they noticed I had a nail in one of my tires. Not only did they fill up all of my tires free of charge, but they also referred me to a trusted tire repair shop nearby. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this shop! It’s the only shop I go to when I need work done on my car. Kenny, the owner, is truly a standup guy. He’s always fair and transparent with pricing, and the work they do is top tier. I went in with my car in really bad shape. I had been searching for a shop that could repair my classic Mercedes Benz for a while with no luck until I was referred to Kenny at Westwood Auto. My experience was outstanding from the minute I spoke with Kenny until I picked my car up upon completion. Kenny was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he genuinely cared about my car. Kenny is my go to auto body person in L.A.. I had a gate inadvertently open on my car, and he was honest, suggesting I purchase the paint from my dealer and a touch up would do the trick vs. ordering a whole new door. The paint most certainly did the trick-can't even see the ding. He was timely, professional, and his work is outstanding. Prices are beyond fair. If you need an autobody repair place, I highly recommend Kenny & his staff.

These guys were great!! Dropped my car off the night before (there was an issue with the window and the AC was out, double wammy that I needed to get fixed before summer). They texted me pictures throughout the process keeping me updated and were done with the repairs the very next day. They gave me estimates before completing the work and did a great job. Yesterday, I went to Westwood Auto to replace my low beam bulb 💡. They said I have to take the whole front bumper out just to replace the light bulb for the headlight. I knew they were lying to me, so they could make a lot of money off of me. I learned how to replace the light bulb on my Ford Focus 2015 by watching a mechanic on YouTube. All you need to do is loosen a couple of screws that hold the headlight unit in place and change the light bulb out. The light bulb costed me $20 at an auto parts store. I replaced the bulb on my own. I find the mechanics at Westwood Auto are very dishonest opportunists.
