Awesome place and awesome people! Justin works magic. I wanted the biggest wheel setup on my 24 Tacoma and he made it happen and like other places in Tampa he didn’t turn me away. Justin listed to what I wanted and made it happen. If I could leave ten stars I would.

I took my truck in for new suspension. This shop helped me find my ideal set up and executed the installation with quick turnaround. They staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices were fair. They were able to not only price match the competition but were able to offer it at a lower price point. Professional/Clean/Knowledgable. Will do business again!

Car had a complete flat and barely made it to the lot riding rim.. coulsnt use my broken little jack to swap my own tire. Asked to use theirs for not even 5 minutes to swap my tire. Offered to pay. They said no and wouldn't help me and shut door in my face.

I had been having problems with vibrations in my steering wheel. Had 5 different shops perform wheel balancing. Alignment was never a problem. I finally went to Identity Tires and they immediately solved the problem, "Centering rings". I spent a lot of money to reputable shops and no one figured it out. I was so excited, I bought new tires and rims. Customer service is excellent, prices are reasonable, and they are very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Literally rolled my car into their service center after getting a flat tire on my way to work at 9:00am. Justin was able to order my tires and have them installed by lunchtime. I would have probably been overcharged at some places because of the desperate situation I was in but the price was reasonable and affordable which was why I bought 2.

I planned on using an online company to buy a set of wheels and tires and then installing them myself. Before doing so, I stopped by Wheel Identity. After talking to Justin, I decided to buy from them. He took the time to work with me on the correct wheel and tire combination. I also got an alignment. Justin is a great guy to work with. I'd definitely use Wheel Identity again for tires, rims, suspension, and alignment work.

These guys are so amazing they put on my lift and tires before it did an absolutely outstanding job and I just put on a train horn on my jeep. They got it done in a day and a half and it’s absolutely stunning. They did such an amazing job this is the best team in Tampa and the best place to bring your car to get worked on.

This business takes advantage of autistic people trying to get simple services like a tire flat fix done. My brother is autistic, diagnosed with aspergers individual and went into this shop with a tire with low air, asking for it to get fixed. These money hungry no moral having employees took advantage of his obliviousness on social cues and oversold him a whole set of tires for $900!!, WHILE not even INSTALLING 2 of the tires???????!!! Once he came home and told us how expensive it was my father told him to go back and at least get a refund on the two tires that werent even INSTALLED (mind you those 2 tires were still in their shop!!! He didnt even take them home! And we were fine taking the loss as long as the 2 tires not even installed was refunded and the situation was corrected, which didnt happen) and they REFUSED and said he has actually has to PAY more!!! Then when my dad goes in to figure out why they wont refund him HALF the cost for HALF the tires, they then start trying to kick him out, saying "ill take you out myself" and threatening my dad bc he told them shame for taking advantage of an obviously neurodivergent individual!! They were super quick to escalate a simple situation in which they had to refund a product they DIDNT EVEN GIVE my brother. Horrible business, horrible customer service, and disgusting morals from the employees. Anyone willing to take advantage of an obviously autistic person just for a quick sale deserves any karma coming to them.

Truly a great experience with this company. Very professional and great customer service. They made my wrangler drive smoother than when I drove it off the lot four years ago and it’s lifted with 35” tires so that’s pretty impressive. Very fair pricing and they don’t try to push you into things you don’t need to get done. 10/10 experience, definitely going here for all of my car needs from now on.
