Took the car in at 10am. They said it would be done by 3pm. It's 430pm. I call and get put on hold. The guys they have in the front are the least communicative gentlemen they could have picked. I went at 330 to ask about the status and the man is staring at the screen in front of him, ignoring everything else. I get it, there's work to be done, but acknowledgement would be nice. I walked to the garage instead of waiting and asked about the car, they were friendly and answered done by 4, but it's still 430. Wheel Works could afford to hire more techs and front service people.

Friendly staff, I’ve always been to America’s Tire customers but this location is very close and convenient by the mall. Great service & friendly staff. I got the Lifetime Alignment/Rotation which is about the same cost as doing 1.5 alignment outside! My appointment was 10 am to for all 4 new tires and I was done 1:30 pm. Pretty standard wait time on a busy Saturday My second visit was at 11am to do alignment, and it took 5 hours to complete on Tuesday afternoon. I recommend this place for convenience.

I brought my car in for a TIRE ROTATION with an appointment! After an hour and a half, i asked how much longer it would be. I was told that my car was up next. I asked what was the point of making an appointment if my car wasn’t going to even be touched for 90 minutes. I was told that, normally, it would be at least an hour plus the fact that people had to take their lunch break. So i said that that information would have been nice to know ahead of time! TERRIBLE customer service, in my opinion!

Zero stars. I made an appointment for 12 noon. 5:28pm, my car had not moved from the parking spot I parked it in.WHY have an appointment if you are that busy?!? By the way it was for a free alignment. I just went back and got it. See ya wheel works. You will never get my business again.

It seems if you are getting a service that you prepaid for when you purchased your tires, (tire rotation and alignment) they treat you or should I say, ignore you. I will never buy or recommend to anyone their service. They’re also rude. Shop elsewhere its not worth the hassle or inconvenience.

The shop did a front end alignment, on my car with lane-keeping option, and an oil change. When the work was finished, I received a report, via email, of things my car needs. It would've been better if the service advisor went over the things so I could get some, or all, of them done while I was there.

As other reviewers have highlighted, professionalism and timelines definitely not a priority here. Was made to wait 4.5 hrs for an oil change and alignment, after scheduling an appointment. The front desk was very unhelpful, more interested in selling tires than ensuring good service. Will find a different service center.

I was able to schedule a drop off for a Sunday morning. It's not an appointment, but they have you in and are prepared to service your vehicle. My service representative was fantastic, the work was done close the the time estimated and I had my car home and ready to go to work the next day. So grateful for my tire and alignment warranties! It makes a tremendous difference I'm cost!

I wish there was a negetive 1 option. This is the WORST Wheel Works I have ever been to!!! Absolutely no customer service, they lied to us about the time they actually started our car, then gave us a bunch a bull shit excuses on my they lied. Please don't waist your time coming here, go to another Wheel Works.

They are extremely rude here. All I asked for was a simple tire pressure checked and they wouldn’t even do that for me. This is why I only go to the location on King. I don’t understand how this location is still in business.

Nonsense place. We had a flat tire on the way to our PPF shop around the corner. Fully flat huge nail. The PPF shop removed the wheel and plugged the whole and put tire back on and hand tightened the lugs We drove around the corner to wheel works and all we needed was them to use a torque wrench to click the 5 lugs to spec in the parking lot Useless guy starts telling us they won’t do it because car is not serviced here they won’t touch it Drove 5 mins to a different place, they did it in 1 minute and then we drove home with peace of mind What a joke I wouldn’t give these guys any actual business ever Anyone reading this go over to Kim’s Tire

Drop off the car at 10:30am for nail in the tire. Front desk promise to have my car 🚗 done by 3:30pm now when I call in front desk said one more car ahead of you not ready yet until 5pm.

I had appointment for tires rotation at 9:30am , I showed up early by 9:03am they enter my information and supposedly my car it will be done by 12:00 or 12:30pm, time goes by I seen Customers in and out. So they been taking care others car which Customers arrived after 10:00am. Looks like they skipped my car until I went at 12:40 pm to the Customer Service representative and ask him about my car and He told me , oh! Your car is next to coming in. For me seems because I have free tire rotation they don’t care about service on time my car because they are not getting any money from me at this time. They finish working with my car around 1:30pm. Really I am very disappointed and not recommending this place.

I was rescheduled due to not enough time to complete AC diagnosis. Agreed to return one week later and was guaranteed that my car would be seen. I cane to my 2nd appointment to be told 2 minutes after checking in that the tech was doing a 5 hour job and I would have to reschedule yet again. I wasted my time twice at this location. I keep getting put aside and that is not very professional for any business. Will not be visiting this location in the future. I may give other locations a chance but if this keeps happening then I will bring my business elsewhere.

Made an appointment at 9am. Dropped off 8:50am. Just for a wheel alignment. Service rep checked me in, said it should be done before 11:30am. Came back at 10:45am and they haven’t touched it yet. 2nd guy tells me it will be next in line. Back by 11:30am, just waited then at 12:30pm asked it done? And guess what? Haven’t touched it yet. And I’m still here. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re gonna let everyone walking in after you get serviced before me from 9am? Let’s try to get our customer service expectations on the same level. I don’t think I’m in the wrong here? Just give me honest time expectations. Word of advice to customer, done every buy lifetime alignment or life time anything cuz once they take your money you’ll pay for wasted time and service later. Especially at this wheel works blossom hills location.

Made an oil change appointment online for 4pm. Was called, asked me to come in at 3pm. Fine. Arrived early, waited behind abusive customer who demanded to have service done by 430 instead of 5. By 4pm, my car has not moved from where i parked it. WHY HAVE ME COME IN AT 3. Abusive man gets his car at 430. Continues to be abusive. Woman comes in, screaming about bad service and threatening to sue. Called at 5, told they are wrapping up service on my car. Desk does intake for the next hour instead of cashing me out. Finally leave at 6pm. For an oil change scheduled at 3pm. Decades of being loyal customer (since the days on Winfield), but this is it. Never to this location again.

This place never changes you set appointment and wait forever for them to service your. Came in at 10 to get alignment and tire rotation and it’s been 2 hours and still waiting for my vehicle. The only I come is due to the fact I get lifetime alignment and tire rotation for free. It only cost me 2 or hours of my time What’s the point of making appointment if they don’t value it.

They don't answer the phone. Have called 7 times over a two day period and let it ring forever, finally on the 7th call they picked up. They allow you to schedule a wheel alignment 'while you wait' and then tell you you have to wait 90-120 minutes when we all know it takes 20 minutes to align the wheels on a car. Seems they are overworked and under staffed. Won't be going there.
