i recently had a flat tire - tried to schedule an appt. close to home in los gatos but made an appt. by corporate that the shop did not coincide with their schedule; had to reschedule - called shop on the alameda and they took me immediately - Juan was very professional - and very helpful in spite of me being completely stressed out - this location in san jose is always extremely helpful and they make time for their customers - very grateful -

They quoted me one set of tires, then called and told me the warehouse gave them the wrong set. They offered to replace with a different set and told me I was getting a great deal at the same price. When I looked it up afterward, the alternate tires are cheaper. Not happy.

I was able to set an appointment on line and it was used when I got to the Store. Juan, who was the front desk employee that got me started was extremely customer friendly and helped the process go smoothly. I even had to comment to him on how I was impressed with his knowledge, demeanor and attitude towards the customers. If you are a woman don’t not get any service here CARLOS will not answer your question or communicate with you regarding your vehicle if you are a woman he will talk down to you. I ask to speak with a manager and he said that he was the manager (CARLOS) Wheel Works you need to review your management in this location. I call Wheel Work Corporation and I was able to file a complaint but it looks like that Corporate is too busy as well to return a call back regarding this matter. Today May 7 I call Corporate and CARLOS left a message in their system that I had to go to the dealership were the part was order and take it to him to be installed and he also noted that he call me to let me know that the part was at the dealership and that is not True he has not communicate with me at all is been a month and my vehicle is not fix Customer services at this location is awful. I had to call the dealership myself to find out what’s going

I went in for new tires. The man in customer service was very helpful and gave me all my options and also recommended I replace my windshield wipers. I also asked for a guote for new suspension that I will need in the future, which he emailed to me. My new Bridgestone tires look and ride great!

My 2:00 pm appointment was confirmed early morning between 6:00-7:00 am local time. When I arrived on time at 2:00 pm, I was told my tires were not there. I have to wait for them to get my tires. The work on my car started around 5:50 pm. I had to wait until close to 7:00 pm to get my car back. Horrible experience. Not going to recommend this place to anyone and will never be back again.

The staff at The Alameda location in San Jose were friendly, kind, informative - they showed me how to look at the tire tread and know when it's getting close to needing to be replaced. They were able to fit my job in for the day without my needing to leave the car there overnight and made me feel at ease with the entire process. I'm definitely going back to that location for future car repair.

I've been going to this location for a long time, George is great. As a woman, I feel like I can trust this team, not trying to over sell me. George is always patient with me and my questions. I've gone to other locations in the past and this is my favorite. I will continue going to this location.

Appreciate Manuel's great works on my foam tires repairing on Sunday morning which saved my life. I had been rejected by multiple other places for repairing the foam tires. The patched tires' pressure are as stable as a branch new!

I had. Bit of an emergency just as they were closing up for the day. Javier helped put some air in my tire, checked it quickly and sent me on my way. I arrived safe and sound. Javier is a gem!

Scheduled an appointment and store forgot about/does not have it their system. Asked corporate if email confirmations are sent out when appointments are scheduled...they wouldn't give me an answer. If you value your time, go elsewhere.
