A friend recommended the shop after I lost a tire and needed all four tires replaced. I normally shop at Costco, but they could not accommodate the rush job. The shop recommended a less expensive option that suited my needs. I waited in the shop while work was being done, although there was a coffee place within a couple of blocks. The place is clean, and everyone is super friendly. Update: nail in the tire, fixed very quickly with no charge (I purchased four tires back in September).

Took a little longer than expected but overall satisfied. Couple of good restaurants in the same complex so ate lunch while I waited.

I was satisfied that I called and the associate took the time to give me a quote on 4 tires that were needed for my SUV. The time and effort and finding the best tire and prices made me very happy and satisfied to know that I was able to be cared for and not feel like it was "just a sale" and safety was considered for my driving needs.

Service staff is rude and generally unknowledgeable. I called in to schedule an appointment to have my old tire rotated after they replaced the other tires the day before. Asked if I can make an appointment and the service guy says to just come on by and they can take care of it since they are not busy. I get there and they say it’s going to be a 2 hour wait... It’s 5 mins for them to put the car on the lift and swap the tire with the front. Common courtesy to let me know if I have to wait two hours so I can either get someone to drive me or schedule an appointment so it can be done while I wait. I did like coming here but I guess I’ll find another tire place to work on my cars.

I was glad they had the tire in stock I needed but this is the first tire shop that I had a very long wait just to mount one tire on my rim and balance it, they didn't have to remove the tire or mount it back on the car, it was off the car when I brought it in. This is the first time I've experienced this and I'm 66 years old.

Every time something goes wrong with my tires, I go to Wheel Works. The service is always prompt, and there are no surprises when it comes to the bill. I needed a tire replaced, and they had me in and out in less than an hour.

Getting an appointment was very easy. Staff was very helpful! Very professional location. I really trust the work there. The only improvement I might suggest is keeping customers informed during work as to progress relating to estimated time. Would definitely go back and recommend. Solid work, lots of expertise and fair prices.

I got a quote from another location 1030$ to replace all the tires on Friday after work. It was so late the store going to close. So I went to Walnut Creek that I live closer next day morning. I gave the paper that I got yesterday to them. But they charge 39$ more for me. Also, the service was very indifferent. I don't recommend this store.

I made an appointment several days before my appointment asking for oil change, tire repair and new windshield wipers. They did not order my windshield wipers ahead so I would have to increase my wait time by a few hours. When doing the oil change, the technician spilt oil all down the engine on to the exhaust so when I left the shop with my car, my cabin filled with smoke. Also, they overfilled the oil by almost a full quart. They never checked the dip stick! I had to return to the shop and have them drain some of the oil off. When I complained about the spilt oil, they said "don't worry it will burn off". So I spent my 50 mile drive home smelling burnt oil smoke all the way home. So they failed on 2 of the three tasks.

Bad service. Made me wait 40 minutes to check in for an oil change issued by Hertz, only to say they didn’t file paper work right so I have to go back to the branch, have them fix it, and bring it back. 0 effort to really help the customer out. Don’t go here.

Service is always friendly and trustworthy, the store is neat and a comfortable place to wait, otherwise there's some food places and cafe nearby that are nice to wait at. It's easy to make an appointment online.

What ? .... . a refund ??? WOW!! The team finished the work on the car and checked me out, I tapped the credit card - the invoice would be sent paperless .... on my way. I thought the cost a bit high, but was unsure of what was charged and thought that I would review the work and cost upon receipt. Bill called, "We inadvetently charged you the cost for a different car, we owe you a $71 refund !" Unheard of !! Thank you, Bill and team - you have earned my repeat business! JohnD

Dylan assisted me with my appointment - the process was quick and easy. I had a flat tire and all the other shops were closed on Sundays, so I appreciated them getting my issue resolved the same day!

O my giving for because William made our experience bad! He has poor customer service, and poor communication skills! Hamid is great! He communicated well and showed me what the issue was with my car! Also Dylan he is great ! Dylan has great customer service skills and wants to serve the customer, also Robert he has been great too! Robert really worked with me and my car to get to the issue! Robert communicated great and greeted me with a smile! The only person bringing wheel works down is William, He will over charge you and try to be sneaky about it! Watch out for him !!!!

Bridgestone is a good product. I go back to Wheel Works in Walnut Creek because of the excellent service AND they are super friendly! I feel like they “ have my back”!

Great one stop shop - tire work, alignment, brakes and even an oil change Extremely friendly and professional. Despite being busy and shorthanded, they went out of their way to provide the services in timely manner and even address some of my concerns that were not listed on the original intake (I.e. check TPMS sensors). They proactively found and apply service coupons delivering the best price for the services rendered. Would definitely recommend this shop to anybody in need of quality vehicle care.

I was very surprised. I stopped using the Concord Store due to POOR service. Calling on the phone, it went unanswered or was put on hold for extended periods of time. In person, the same type of Service - 1 person helping a room full of Clients.Walnut Creek, 2 counter people - both doing the tasks at hand moving the Clients in/out as quickly as one would assume as each transaction takes time. Finally, an outlet that strives to show Customers they do count. So..... I will be back.

The price is very reasonable compare other shops. The stuff is very honest, professional and friendly. They will tell you what needs to be fixed and what not need to be fixed. They also think of my side to save customer's money. Great people there!!!

Backed out of the carport Sunday afternoon to find out I had a flat. Called AAA and saw on my phone that only Wheel Works was going to be open for a repair or replacement. AAA took so long that I didn't get to WW until about 4:40pm, and there were already a lot of people waiting to have their cars finished. Nevertheless, William took me on and had Hamid inspect the tire. It was hopeless to repair, I had somehow run over a socket from a socket wrench just right, making a huge hole. They put me in the queue for a new tire and both wound working an hour after closing on Sunday to get it installed. Great service! Really going the extra mile.

Upselling constantly and not providing accurate information. 4 Tires sold 6 months ago with no roadside warranty or offer to purchase at that time. Almost all companies have a roadside or hazard warranty (Costco has a good one). After having a flat 6 months after all tires replaced with run flats we ran over something metal on the road (average and normal drive), a new tire was purchase (we were forced to because we had no roadside or hazard coverage on a protenza tires - which is usually is on tires like Bridgestone and others) and they then tried to sell a new warranty for all 4 tires. Ends up this isn’t a protenxa tires but an entirely different tire that has one - Bridgestone. Super shady service. Would not recommend to anyone. Add to it that we received and invoice starting no charges but then one tire ended up costing $400+. Tire only no other service. Adding that you should price check tire rack. They will price match and it will show the warranties on each tire. But go do your research and call Costco and others for your own comparison
