They sold me a tire that went flat almost two hours later. The owner told me to put air in it and bring it to the shop the next morning. On my way to the shop, the tire blew out (minutes after I filled it up with air). Called the owner at least 4 times before I go a answer. When I told him the situation he proceeded to act like I didn't know what I was talking about and hung up in my face.

Scammer! Put bald used tires on my car for $60 a tire after telling me he was at the warehouse getting tires. The helpers are the best thing about this place. They were helpful and understanding in knowing the tires weren’t worth $20. Owner has Piss poor customer service and does shady work on his lot. Would advise yall to stay clear of this place.

Absolutely The Best, Fast, Honest, & Affordable. I went to this tire shop yesterday because my rim was bent & air wouldn’t stay in my tire. No other shops wanted to accommodate me because it was close to closing time but Mr. Cliff (I think that’s his name) the owner, saw my frustration and helped me right away. So thankful for him and his family for staying over and making sure I was good. Definitely recommend. Great service. Thanks again.

Do NOT go to this place they still parts off your car I had a pair of Jordan's in my trunck they took them messed up my car took my bolts and kept my car a week I warn u do not go here

I was traveling visiting home hit a pot hole in the road call and that fix my rim. I drove 9 hours right after no problem or issue thank you so not know what I would have done with out y’all and I’m n a Sunday to. I recommend WheelQuest to the highest

I damaged my rim and went to several places that stated that it would take a whole day or that my rim couldn't even be fixed. Wheel Quest was my last stop because I was getting super frustrated. Not only did he state that it could be fixed, he actually told me how it would be fixed and that it would take a few hours and not a whole day! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great same day service

I haven't went in yet, but I can assure you I will definitely be going here to get my rim repaired and any future needs. I have spent a couple calling trying to find 1 rim and not once has anyone mentioned that my rim could be repaired easier than actually finding. 85% of the places I called come off as rude as if my call was just to hard to handle and I interrupted their day, not this guy, he answered in a very professional tone and maintained a very professional tone throughout our conversation. I rate 10 stars just for professionalism! Thank you.

My first visit I was in dire need. My front driver tire blew out as I was driving down E. Shelby Drive. The owner pulled up beside my car and told me to go to his shop, which was only a few feet away. Being upset at the moment all I could think about was the bad tire that was just replaced on my car earlier that day. Clifton Ingram and his assistant were of great help and care. I got a used tire which he gives a 3- day warranty. I thought was reasonable. They were very professional, courteous and extremely nice. I will visit Wheel Quest, for future business. I am very gestful for the honesty and and help. They made me feel very safe. Thank you guys so much.

My first experience ever getting rims, researched a couple of places in my hometown nothing so I ran across my guy responded immediately told him what I wanted but I wasn’t ready that next day so the ones I wanted was gone but he sent me a pic of same rim style the day I went, but in another color I liked those better and my Tahoe looking good. All good service, nice gentleman and care about his customers well being continue great service and I have been telling everyone who ask🤗

This is a rip off. The guy ask for a deposit and when he can't get the rim refused to give full refund. He said he would have to take 15 off the deposit for gas. Because he had to go look for the rim. That is not our problem and when we came to get the refund he was closed bc he said he had an emergency 😡.
