Had dropped of my truck told me it was gonna be ready the next day didn’t get my truck back after a week that the store was busy but when I would call and ask for my truck they said it wasn’t ready and would hang up on me while I was talking to them

Was told my leveling kit was going to take 2 hours max but had to drop truck off at autoshop at 4pm (autoshop closes at 6pm) then received a call about how busy they were that they had to take my truck to there second location which was a total different shop name. They couldn't start working on truck yet so they said to leave it over night. Truck was finished at 9am

Worst tire place they give you a time to be there and then they give you excuses on why it isnt ready. Been 18 days since they said it was only going to take 6 to 7 days. Would give a zero if possible. Don't spend your money here!!!!!

If i could give this place zero starts i would. I spent more than $2000 here. Ive been dealing with my trucks suspension ever since they replaced my tires and rims. When i called them and said my truck was shaking so much they said it was because of my new bulky tires. 4 months later i noticed my trucks front tires were all used up. When i took it in they said it was my fault for not taking it in sooner. I spoke to Jaime every single time and he doesn’t remember us asking about the shaking truck. I AM NOT THE TIRE EXPERT HERE. I trusted them to do a good job. Just wow. Never buying it anything here again.

This place is only worried about the money. I replace my rims and tires only to cause shaking that I never had before! Went back to complain and it seemed like they didn't care!

Horrible shop I had the worst experience ever dont take your cars there las October I had my truck lifted and since then I been dealing with the bad job they did and I been replacing every part they put in they even put the parts back words and when I went to them they did nothing to help.. I never had this bad experience until I came up with them dont recomend at all they deserve to close down for stealing customers money!!
