I had taken my Rogue there on May 27th after hitting a deer head on. Within a week they had the check from the insurance company. I was told they weren't sure how long it was going to take, it was all depending on the parts coming in. I called 2 weeks later and they needed to send a supplemental estimate to the insurance company. The adjuster went out, approved it and another check was given to them. Fast forward a month, when I had to give my rental back. "We are waiting for parts" Fast forward another month "We are waiting for 3 more parts" one being my grill which I feel should of been one of the first things ordered, but I don't work in a body shop so I don't know when they order that. 2 weeks later "waiting on parts" another week " waiting on parts" I JUST picked my car up today, 87 days later. My husband was told that the guy that orders the parts, Andrew, kept ordering the wrong ones!! I was very lucky to have a friend who was able to let me borrow one of his cars... for 2 months!! Either the parts guy needs retraining on what parts to order for what car or he needs to be let go! I believe I could do better! Chris who runs the place was very understanding as to why I was calling and yes crying by month 2! Unfortunately I would not recommend White Hat unless they get staff who know what they are doing!

After having someone damage my front end while being parked, I went straight back to Ferrario and asked if they had their own collision repair. White Hat did absolutely amazing.. From the office workers being helpful & friendly from the second you step into the building, all the way to the quality repair! Car came out looking impeccable with an added plus of being before the estimated amount of time I was told at the start Couldn't be any happier.. Thank you John and everyone at Ferrario / White Hat!

It took over four months from the time I first showed up to start my corrosion warranty claim until they were finally able to start working on my 2020 Jeep. Part of the delay for my service work was that they had no loaner vehicles available, so be prepared to have your own backup vehicle if you want your car worked on sooner. When I finally went to get my Jeep after it was done, they claimed that all of the door hinges had been replaced (not repaired), but apparently this only meant the top-half of each hinge; the bottoms were apparently not covered by FCA/Stellantis. There was originally a chalky residue all over the windows when I first picked up my Jeep, and it would not wipe clean, even with Windex. The shop saw my original review complaining about this and and called me, offering to take care of the issue. I brought my Jeep back to them and they cleaned the windows completely and the residue is now gone. They also discovered that the body plugs were missing, so they re-added those. We're not sure if those were missing before I brought my Jeep in for service, or something that was missed after they put it back together. They told me that they found a small dent, which they fixed for free, and also touched up one paint spot that was not covered under warranty. I appreciate those additional efforts. Unfortunately, there was poor communication and follow-ups throughout the entire process, but that’s on par for all Ferrario service in my experience. Multiple times, I was told that someone would look into something and call me back, and never did. I felt like if I didn’t call every few weeks to ask for a status update on my claim, they would forget about me. Overall, the quality of their work looks good and they corrected the initial issues I found, which is why I bumped their review from 3 to 4 stars.

John and the team at White Hat did a great job on my Mach-e after I hit a deer in October. They kept me informed by email and made the car look like new again. They interfaced with insurance and the car rental agency to make things go smooth. Thanks.

My daughter in law came here in June for a simple hood repair and its not October almost and they keep pushing the date back but when I drive by the hood is on my car so they’re lying and scamming people for extra money

The collision repair shop was amazing! My car was hit by a deer and it smashed the entire window out. The manager cleaned out all the glass for me and taped the window up so I can drive it until I get it fixed. He was very kind.

Very friendly and extremely good to work with,and do excellent work. Need more qualified people for the body shop that really wants to work,but hard to find with the "free" money with covid unemployment. But doing an outstanding job in a reasonable time frame. So good job to Lance,Chris and all involved.

My insurance company told me to use Gerber, another company offered me a $500 'rebate' (cancel deduction) to use them, but my roommate insisted Ferrario Collision was best. I was told 2-3 days, which turned into 2 weeks. Then, the final paint job was extremely riddled with raised specks in the paint on every painted surface. If I had a blind man read the bumps it would probably say 'I don't care. :-| They have offered to fix it but I am just really let down. The folks in the office were very nice, so that's a plus. Update: After another week, I got a loaner car. My car was finally finished after another 7 days. Four weeks to repair a bumper! Not one call from management. Poor quality and unapologetic...my experience.

Do not bring your vehicle for body work of any type and tell your vehicle insurance do not use these guys cause my husband's vehicle got sent their after a accident and they had for 3months to fix it and make sure everything was fix and check things and make there's no other problems , my husband has more problems with the his vehicle after it was fix the accident . Ferrario collision untrustworthy.

I brought my truck in for a spray in bedliner and was blown away how fast it was done! But with that speed I was impressed in the quality of work that was also performed. Not to mention they cleaned the interior and exterior or my truck without being asked and no extra charge..I can't say enough good things from the collision department starting with the customer service and ending with the job performed. I'd definitely recommend them and I'd definitely go back..even if my truck is a gmc and I took it to a Ford dealer haha!

I recently purchased a used truck from Ferrario. There was an issue covered under warranty with the vehicle, Ferrario Collision took care of the issue for me. Ondraya provided great customer service and assisted with scheduling this repair. Due to my distance from the shop and work schedule, she helped me obtain a courtesy vehicle while the repairs were completed. Overall the employees very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. After the repair was completed I was pleasantly surprised to find my vehicle washed and cleaned. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Ferarrio Collision to have any future repairs completed.

Wonderful customer service provided by Ondraya - our truck had been in the collision shop for repair and we had to pick it up after hours. After a long day and late work schedules we arrived to pick up our truck. There was a note on an envelope in the truck that had our names and said "Have a Great Night" and Thank You from Ondraya. This note made our evening and we were so impressed that she had taken the extra time to write us a note when she really didn't have to ....those "extra" small gestures make for quality customer service. Thanks Ondraya.

Hector and the team at Ferrario Collision Repair did an amazing job with our van after it was in an accident. They were easy to reach when we had questions and they kept us in the loop with the different steps of the process. Their evaluation of the van was thorough and we were very pleased with the end result. They went above and beyond in their customer service to us!
