This place use to be a 5 star place, but not anymore. Took my car for a A/C charge and a leak check two weeks ago according to their worker no leaks. All of a sudden after air conditioning begins to blow hot air from driver side, passenger side super cold. A cause if not enough freon was put into system, so I took it in again, i was told that the compressor was leaking. Long story short they remove my freon completely. Now no A/C for passengers, Now I am worse than before. I don't know what type of scam their running there, all i know is they lied and took my remainig freon, which I was told I had none. I am taking my vehicle somewhere else to see if really my compressor is the issue. do not recommend this place at all. Beware!

If I could give less than one star I would. I was charged for an oil change (yes my car needed it), but I brought my car in for an engine problem and they didn't check the engine at all. After I brought it back, the second day to say the problem wasn't fixed, they wanted to charge me again to run a diagnostic test (which I thought they did the first day). I went to get a second opinion, and was told, that my car had obvious troubels that any good mechanic should have seen. I think what upsets me the most is when I said, "I don't think that the problem is fixed?" They acted like I was wrong. When I was giving the symptoms of the problems, one of the mechanics or owners cracked a joke when I was already upset. Just not professional at all.

i’d give it 0 stars if i could. they charge you 150 per hour just for even being there. took my car to get my ac looked at, claimed there was no leaks, and my ac was fine. not even 2 weeks later my ac is blowing hot air again. Don’t waste your time

Towed my car here after overheating. I paid $1700 for their work on it. About 30 minutes after picking it up, it started overheating. I tried to compromise with them for a partial refund but they didn’t care. My experience was a bad one. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

It was good at first I thought I would be using them more often. Tried to call them back after checking my calendar and they hung up on me. NOPE NO MORE. I was already having a bad day. The check engine light was on for a repair they just had done. Not even a week ago....

Wandered in off the street needing my A/C serviced. Was expensive as hell! But what isn't these days? The place was clean, the people were professional and friendly. Ended up needing a new hose. They took care of business.

Brought in my car on a Friday morning to have the air conditioning looked at I called later in the afternoon to see their progress I was told it needed another part and wouldn’t be done that day but that they would come in the following day and finish it . That day came and went so did the next Monday came so I called to see when it would be done they told me that the person working on it wasn’t coming in and they weren’t gonna touch the car until the following day finally Tuesday came and I got my car midday but the price was more then what I was told on Friday. I’ve never used this place and never will again! In my opinion I’ve never saw a place so such a thing for such a small job . Save your money and time don’t go here I’m sure this is common..

The a/c stopped working on my company car. Called up our service provider and they referred me to White Lane Automotive, spoke with Steve at 3:30PM and said to come in. Got there at 4PM and got my vehicle checked by 4:30PM with a/c compressor diagnosis. He got the repair approved for me and called me up a couple of days to let me know the part had showed up and to come that same day. Got there and worked the whole time but he managed to get the whole job done in a couple of hours. The whole process was painless and quick. Got me ready for the 100+ degree weather. Great shop with great service, straight forward guy and will do everything he can to accommodate you. 100% recommend.

These people are liars. They charge 3 times their quote for no logical reason. I strongly recommend people take their businesses elsewhere. This type of business is the last thing people need to deal with these days.

Went to get ac fixed paid 1200 worked good for 2 months went back they took a look said they fixed it worked for 1 month, went back and they said it's another part and I would have to pay another 4-500.. wasn't expecting to pay more as I had already paid a lot

Honest, fair, thorough. I took my car to many places on same day and was given various high quotes and told I needed work I didn't actually need. Steve took the time to look at my car and gave me an honest assessment and only charged me for their time after seeing that my car was actually in good shape, it was just in need of an easy fix. I would have wasted so much money at the other mechanics (I received 3 other incorrect quotes) and they wouldnt have even fixed the real problem. Thank you guys! Definitely recommend and will be using for any needs in the future.

This is such an amazing place. My AC hasn’t been working for years and they fixed it so fast! It had a couple problems after that but they couldn’t have foreseen. Every time I called they made time for me immediately and were so nice about getting it fixed as fast as possible. They are all very kind and cool people. My AC is ice cold and amazing!!! Come here for trustworthy people!

Owner is very rude and unprofessional. I was quoted one price and was told another day their was no way they could service my car at that price. Billy was nice but owner was so rude. I will never be returning to this place and do not recommend it to anyone. You will be quoted one price and then charged a lot more. I would give 0 stars if I could.
