Their mechanic’s mistakes could have KILLED me and/or RUINED my truck if I hadn’t noticed and taken it to a smallshop I trust (Brenzels). I came in to get my breaks worked on, Wiers told me I had a cracked radiator that needed to be replaced. After paying them over $4k, I’m on the way out of town for a job and notice all but 3 lug nuts on my rear dually are completely loose. I stop by Brenzels who tighten all the wheels and then spot a leak. NONE of the hoses connecting my brand new radiator are tight and had leaked all my transmission fluid. (Also the mass airflow power harness was disconnected) About 3 hours into my drive in the mountains my breaks start to smoke. I took it to a local shop who tried everything to get it to stop, finally removing my ABS relay which worked. Wiers deserves 0 stars and not to be trusted, everything they touched they messed up. And they won’t refund me for anything but the fluids that leaked out of the radiator. BEWARE THEIR MECHANICS COULD PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK.

I was having issues getting power to my RV and they reached out promptly. The two guys I spoke with on the phone were incredibly helpful, walking me through things to try/troubleshooting before coming out to look at the RV. I ended up being able to fix the issue myself with their guidance. I really appreciate this business and them taking the time to help me solve the problem. Any future issues I will be calling them. Thank you Weirs!!!

Had my truck in for service at Wiers’s in Louisville ky Will was super helpful and made me feel like they truly care about their customers and kept me updated throughout the entire process Jim was also very helpful and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Everyone was very pleasant and precise, I would recommend owner operators to bring their trucks here , especially if you’re over the road and passing through.

Fast service. The price is a little high. Hour of work $300. I arrived the airbag was already almost removed. For installing an airbag $300 dollars is a lot. The mechanic installed the airbag but did not install the plug on the airbag, then a day later I heard that air was shining from there. He just baited the plug, did not tighten it. The mechanic doesn't seem to care.

I directed my tractor-trailer operator to Wiers because he experienced a breakdown in Kentucky. Jim Barnes from the service department quickly got my truck into the shop and had his technicians diagnose the problems. Jim maintained contact with me throughout the entire repair and he was very professional, honest, and courteous with me. The shop finished all the repairs and got my truck back on the road that same day as promised. I highly recommend this shop in the case of an emergency or even general repair work on your tractor.
