It took us a couple of years to find a mechanic we trusted when we moved here in 2011. Let me save you a lot of time trying other places. We take every car we own to Wilcox. Brandy and his guys are fast, fair, and won't try to sell you anything you don't need. In fact, when Kia tried that on my wife when we were having some warranty work done, I called Brandy with the engine codes and he told me what they were. Kia tried to sell my wife $4k in other stuff but I knew what I had from Wilcox was the actual problem. In short, you'll never go wrong at Wilcox.

Great service and pricing. I had a front axle on my Subaru Outback that needed to be replaced. Brandee’s team replaced it quickly and all the issues are fixed. Very professional and great work all around. I highly recommend.

Send my daughter for a diagnostic and they did nothing but recharge some gas which the car never needed i asked and payed for a diagnostic they just told my daughtee they think is a leak

This place is fantastic! The people who work here are caring and take the time to explain and answer any questions I have had! Prices are reasonable especially given the quality of service! I definitely recommend for all your car needs! 🚘 I've had an oil change, AC replaced, tires installed, and I plan for so much more down the line 😁

I want to first off by saying thanks to Brandi and the Wilcox team. They were able to get my vehicle in the same day for diagnosis due to a bad starter. After the diagnosis were completed, Brandi personally reached out with an in depth diagnosis/repair plan of the vehicle. Thankfully the vehicle was repaired like factory the following day. Brandi and his team were efficient, detailed and honest. I will definitely be using them in the near future for any maintenance and repairs!

If you want honest and no bull come here. The owner calls, explains everything before and when he calls you back telling you what he found that might be extra. Clear, concise and accurate with timing and cost. Hard to find in Orlando.

Met with Brandee the owner about the Groupon for the AC Recharge for my 2015 Ram Truck and was told it was using the newest eco friendly refrigerant which cost a left t*t and a right testi**e per ounce / gram. Not his fault and he explained the cost of the new equipment for this super expensive more eco friendly refrigerant. I very much appreciate his time in explaining and unfortunately I withheld having my trucks AC recharged at this moment.

My SUV recently had a problem causing it to stall at random times while I was driving. Not wanting to take the risk trying to drive it to the dealership on the other side of town, I decided to look up auto maintenance shops as close to home as possible. After thorough research into a few local mechanic shops, I decided to go with Wilcox & Son Automotive as they had such good reviews. And I definitely made the right choice. I emailed them briefly explaining my issue, thinking I would have to wait a few days before they could get me in to have it looked at, but to my surprise they said I could bring it in the very next day! And by the following day they had already diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it (along with taking care of several other general maintenance concerns) and get it right back to me. And Brandy was awesome. I could tell that business was pretty busy and things were a little hectic for him, but they did a very thorough vehicle inspection and before they did any work he took the time to (patiently) go over my vehicle's issues with me, letting me know which problems were the most pressing and which problems I could just keep an eye on if I didn't want to (or wasn't able to) have it taken care of right away. I've been fortune enough that (up until now) I haven't really had major vehicle repair issues. So as far as repair costs go, I don't really have much to compare to, but Brandy itemized each repair including factoring in cost of labor, so the prices he quoted me were exactly what I paid, no last minute surprise add-on costs. So I feel like their pricing is fair, I don't feel like I was taken advantage of, and I definitely didn't feel like they tried to pressure me in to getting extra maintenance done that wasn't necessary. Hopefully I won't need any more major repairs for a while, but when I do, I will be taking my car back to Wilcox & Son.

Took my car here 3 times already for different issues and never had any problems with services and I’ve always received my car back in a timely manner. Car works and drives better than ever! They also have fair pricing and quality service, much lower than other places I’ve called. Will continue to bring my car back here 👍🏽👍🏽
