Been coming here for a long time for routine oil changes and other repairs. Prices are fair, service has always been good, communication has always been professional, I’ve gone to trade school for automotive repair(I’ve never told them that) and I’ve never had them try and push services and repairs on me I didn’t need, just straight forward facts.

I choose Wilhelm automotive because in the website they have a good review and five stars I went and I dropped off my car and in a couple hours they call me to pick up the car I receive the paperwork, but it was there was an issue. They didn’t did a good alignment and I set up another appointment. to re-replace the alignments I went dropped off the car again and another couple hours. They call me. They said it’s all done. I receive the car. it was the steering wheel not straight. I went back to ask them to fix the issue and the guy working there his name is Alban told me it was my issue and I have to pay again for it. I was so upset because I just drive for two minutes and I find out this issue and it was there is no issue before it’s only the alignment. I tried to talk to them. They insist to make me pay again. and I lost all my right with them. For your information, my car had all parts changed new and they told me to go to the mechanic because there was a mistake that he had to fix for me. I went and everything was correct and fixed. When I called them again, they told me that I had to pay again and that they were not responsible for the work. I see that this is not right for any business owner to treat customers in this manner. I west 140$ in there for nothing !

While I’ve had good experiences with this shop in the past, my last one was less than stellar. I was quoted a price for a part that was more than two times more expensive than anywhere quoted online or in the auto repair shop. Additionally, the price I was quoted for the labor seemed excessive, as we ended up doing the repair job at home (replacing a headlamp bulb) in half an hour. Be aware and double check prices for parts.

Excellent customer service & excellent prices. A friend of mine referred me and I came to get a second opinion. They were very thorough and I love that they text you a report of your cars condition complete with pictures. They were hundreds of dollars cheaper than what I was quoted by a different place. Service was quick with fantastic results. My car drives so much better now. Thank you! (One other cool thing about this place is that they have a credit card that you can apply for to help with expenses. I didn't qualify for it, but the price was still affordable enough on its own. )

Friendly service. Knowledgeable staff. Pricing is competitive with dealer, but they are faster and turn around work much quicker. Dealers think they are doing you a favor to work on your vehicle. Dealer estimates given at the dealer are generally off by 30 to 40%. So in most case they are more expense.

I’ve taken my car to Wilhelm on 35th Ave and Greenway Rd. several times. The service is always excellent. They are courteous and very well qualified. There is never any high pressure or up selling of services. I will continue to take my cars to Wilhelm.

Very accommodating for scheduling my appointment and with me changing it. I got an oil change and 4 new tires for under 600. I'm extremely pleased with them checking everything on my car and letting me know what was needed right away and what could wait.

Had a problem with my car, called around for a quote, like anyone would that is financially thoughtful. Not only was Wilhem the most affordable but, they were the most considerate and professional on initial contact. Car is fixed. The staff was great and the work is very satisfactory. I will surely go back, if and when, other issues arise.
