They wanted to charge me almost 200$ just to look under the hood for 5 minutes... They said: "We don't have time to even look at your car for the next 3 days, nor will anyone else. You can go to big o tires and see what they say." Went to big o tires right after that, and they immediately helped me out without charging me a dollar... interesting...

Dont bring your “nice car here” apparently they will stab the seats and then say there is nothing they can do about it? No apologies, no reimbursement, no help. Beware of service and lack there of.

Don’t bring your “nice car” here. They will not be careful with your interior and will not replace or fix the damages they cause. BEWARE! They have refused to take accountability. You’ll be hearing from the Better Business Bureau. Please look elsewhere for your auto motive needs.

I’m only giving one star because you can’t give zero. My sister in law brought her car in for a battery change and got her car back with a hole in her seat, and they’ve given her nothing but grief over it.

They keep their clients informed, up to date on their service requests, while educating during the entire process. No vehicle will leave Wilhelm Automotive that's not in good working condition. Their technicians are qualified experienced mechanics that deal with autos from many decades ago to the present, such is my case. Safety is their priority. If you are looking for a good competent and honest auto repair shop, Wilhelm Automotive is your best bet! I highly recommend them for all you auto service needs. I will go nowhere else!

The staff at Wilhelm Automotive are very friendly & professional. I was treated friendly, advised of the process and informed of the diagnosis with photos. The repair was done and I was provided with a complete documented safety report. I’m not a big fan of auto shop’s & mechanics but Wilhelm automotive took my repair person and walked me through the process. You would be foolish to go elsewhere…

Absolutely great service! I was nervous about being female and taking my car to the auto shop.The team there was amazing and the price was reasonable for the work that was done. I had a bad experience with the shop I took my car to previously. I decided to choose Wilhelm after a friend suggested them. He takes his son’s car there and they did a great job for him. Even though I live in Chandler, this shop is where I will take my car to moving forward. I highly recommend!

Took my 5.7 300 to get long tube headers as well as catted mid pipes installed and was made aware of an issue that could've gone badly. Got it fixed in a timely manner and was even reduced in labor cost because I was getting work done already. Both Eric and Chris were super understanding and made sure the job was done efficiently as well as making sure to communicate with me every step of the way. They even towed out my car to a different shop for free because they didn't have the tools to fix another issue I had. Highly recommend working with this shop.

I brought in my vehicle after attempting to replace my own starter. Before I even replaced it, Andrew took the time to explain how I should do it. Upon taking it in, Chris was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I ended up needing a new battery and 2 new tires, and they gave me a great deal. They were fast, responsive, and kept me informed about the process of evaluating and fixing my car. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a mechanic!

I spoke with Chris to easily schedule my appointment for the morning of my call. I appreciated the intelligent conversation we had about my car's issues and resolution. With replacing front sway bar end links and an alignment my car was good to go by 3:45PM. Smooth transaction and great communication all around.

No one likes to spend $$ on car repairs. Was referred to Wilhelm by a friend after the Jeep dealer told me it would be over a week just to diagnose issues. I called and spoke to Chris who was friendly & knowledgeable and got me in the following morning. The team took detailed pictures of all the issues, sent me a comprehensive estimate. Diagnostic was done on a Tuesday & I picked up end of day Wednesday with a new coolant pump, engine mount, and transmission housing. All this done mind you days before the dealer would even look at it. The price was fair for the level of effort & came with a 2yr/24k warranty which added additional value. I will also have them take care of any future battery needs as the warranty is even better on those. I really appreciate being treated kindly & having the job done by local technicians/office staff who take pride in what they do. Looking forward to these guys continuing to take care of my vehicles & highly recommend.
