I initially chose Williams based on their reviews and I’m happy to add another positive one to the list. Highly recommended!

I won’t go anywhere else. I feel like I can actually trust this shop. Overall it feels like a well run place. I love that they have an online portal that shows all the work that needs to be done with a price breakdown of everything. It makes it really easy to keep track of the work done previously and the work that still needs to be done.

I got my inspection done and it was quick and easy. It’s a first come first served basis, so I was first in line when they opened and got out within half an hour. Front desk was really nice too. I’ll definitely be back.

I've been a customer for about 11 years and they are the ONLY place I trust. The staff and technicians are kind, courteous, and trustworthy. They take the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. They never take advantage or are judgemental of my lack of knowledge and never try to sell me on things I don't need. I highly recommend Williams Auto Service!

We came in for a same day inspection and drop the car off. My car was rejected for front tires. I was texted this info and if I wanted to reject or approve. There were other recommendations for my vehicle but it did not affect the inspection which was noted in the text. This was an awesome and efficient way to communicate with me! I called to ensure I understood all the notes that were left and next steps to ensure I can get a passing inspection for the same day! My call was answered quickly with all the info needed to live forward. I was on a budget so I left and bought two used passing tires down the street and came back same day for them to pass my inspection! It cost $1 cash to reinforce which I would agree and I was in my way with my passed inspection! Amazing service and efficient communication!

Best spot for yearly car inspection 10/10 Update 10/12/2024: Recently had a flat tire a few blocks away from this location on a Saturday, right before closing. They sent someone to put on a spare, get me to the shop to plug the hole and put the tire back on. Took no more than 20 minutes, they do magic sheeesh! Can’t say enough good things about these guys. For all auto needs this is the place to be, awesome group. Lifetime customer here.

Had a state inspection went great because it’s a set fee. Decided to use them again for oil change and they wanted to charge me $90 for an oil filter cap because apparently my last oil change tightened it so tightly and to take it off it would break. I asked if they can find one that isn’t that expensive, they said the best they can do is $70 and receptionist said “there’s no labor fee” I agreed to it as I needed my car back, went to go pay I saw the receipt from O’reillys for the oil cap it was $27 for my specific car. Additionally they love to tack on so many upsells in the reports that my total went from $135 to almost $500. I ended up paying around $200 for an oil change and a tire inspection. Where some places do that for you for free as a courtesy check.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Williams Auto Service. I had taken my car in for an oil change and state inspection. During the inspection, they told us that there were major issues with the rear shocks/struts, driver side rear break caliper, exhaust, and they noted my tire pressure light was on. The total was going to be over $2,000 for the repairs. The total estimate for the tire pressure alone was over $150. My fiancé ended up declining the services, so we could take it to another auto shop for assessment. After taking it to the other shop, our estimated total was $320 which is a major difference from $2,000. The other shop told us that the exhaust issue was very minor, and they only needed to fix the break caliper, they did not mention anything about the shocks/struts. I appreciate Williams Auto Shop assessing my vehicle, but when I think about almost getting charged $150 for air in the tires it's very upsetting when I can get air in my tires for free at most gas stations.

Excellent service and super nice employees. I called with a desperate plea for a state inspection and a quick turnaround. Justin was extraordinarily kind and went above and beyond to get me in and get the inspection done. He noted a few things that might need attention soon but did not do the annoying hard sell I've experienced at other auto service providers. They obviously know what they're doing, have a clean shop, are honest and provide exceptional customer service. I will most definitely be back!

I was in desperate need of a state inspection and oil change and my tire pressure was way too low. I’ve had issues the last two years getting an inspection quickly- many places just saying “first come first served, try again another day” or asking me to leave my car for a day or longer - BUT Williams Auto Service was fast, friendly, and did a fantastic job! I left my car with them for less than 2 hours and they knocked everything out. I also appreciate their easy payment system: I received a text with a link to the payment site, so when I showed up I just got my keys and was on my way. They will be my go-to place from here on out for all my auto needs. Thanks y’all!

This company made our pre-purchase inspection, as well as some minor mechanical issues, very easy to deal with. I really liked their online quoting system which felt much more professional than mechanics I’ve worked with in the past.

Great customer service from the young man at the front desk. The inspection was complete in about an hour and they provide photos of your vehicle before charging you to fix anything if it needs repairs.

I am very satisfied with the Williams Auto Service. All staff are very progressional and polite. I drove the 2005 Honda Civic around town for two days. It appears the overheating issue is resolved. However, I still would like to drive more to make sure there will be no issues with overheating. If myself or my Daughter, Roya will have issues, we are going to bring the car to your location to look into the issue farther. Thank you so much !!

I went for a state inspection and everything went great! I was promptly checked in, and received timely updates to my phone every step of the way. I was able to approve/deny services through their online system, and my car was ready to pick up by lunchtime! Highly recommend :)
