Bob is reliable and trustworthy! He has fixed our cars and we have been very happy with how he takes his time to educate you about your car and he always make sure he gets you the best deal. Best auto repair in dfw area hands down. Bob and Zack have great customer service. And they always keep you up to date with your vehicle repairs. And prices are very competitive ( they have great prices). This is the only place my vehicles have ever go ! Took my son’s truck recently and these guys are so great and detail oriented. They informed me that the last mechanic whoever that was. Had put the brakes on for lack of a better term Backwards. Two right brake pads on one side, two left brake pads on the other side. Also Bob has caught some of the dealership's mistakes. I was having my vehicle serviced and Bob realize that my vehicle had been shipped with low transmission fluid(no leaks anywhere). Thank God for Bob because he caught it early and no damage was done. I put all my trust in Willow Creek Automotive( Bob and Zack )

Love love love this place! They are very trustworthy and do a great job explaining issues with your car. I've taken a few cars there, and have referred others who have also been very satisfied with services. It's hard to find a mechanic to trust, but once I started coming here, I will not trust anyone else with my vehicles. The prices are fair and they don't over price like other shops do!

This shop is truly one of a kind, hands down. They will give/show you your old parts, they will give you information on things that can happen in the future, they are very trustworthy, honest and stand on all the work they do. So if you want reliability and honesty, then take your car here. I rather us them, then a dealership, because I know the job will be done right the first time.
