Willy's was extremely busy they asked me to be patient and they were very courteous and explained to me before service was rendered what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost the workers there were very pleasant and polite and respectful I will return to Willie's again for my next tire repair

Excellent service from the moment you arrive until you leave. All the workers are very professional and attentive. They speak Spanish and English. Excelente servicio lo recomiendo al 100%.

Willy is a local business owner whose shop, though tiny, if filled with happy, polite workers. The people here work efficiently, like good teams do, and I honestly cannot remember the last time I was so satisfied with a service business. A little difficult to get to (off an alley), but Willy is a honest businessman, friendly, and affordable. I had all 4 of my tires rebalanced and rotated- in 15 minutes- for $60 flat- and he has Apple Pay! The Nissan dealership asked form$92 + taxes, shop fees, etc. and they needed 2.5 hours to perform the same job.. So, I went to see Willy, whose wife operates the phones, and who advised me to come in right away. I found Willy’s Tire Repair on Google Maps, and since he treated me very well, I promised to write him a nice review, which he certainly deserves. I’ll be seeing you again in 6,000 miles, Willy!

I came to Willy’s Tire Shop last minute with a flat tire, and they took care of me right away. They quickly inspected the tire, removed the nails, patched it up, and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I went in to check on my tires before a long-distance trip coming up. Turns out 2 of my rims were dented another tire was all chewed up. They repaired the rims rather than having me get new ones. Plus replaced the tire for a good deal. They were through and fast. Will be coming back for any tire needs in the futre and will be highly recommending them. Even if its a farther commute than your normal place its well worth it.

Just got 4 snow tires here for an amazing price! Marco helped answer ever question I had along the way and all the staff were very friendly. They even patched a hole in my old tire for free! I will definitely be a return customer in the future. Thanks again.

Marco replaced the four TPMS sensors on my 2014 Camry on Christmas Eve in just over 30 minutes, AND plugged a slow leak at no charge. Also had a chance to meet the actual Willy, still puttering around the shop at 80! Don't be fooled by the sketchy alley entrance; they have a full complement of tire machines, balancers, and so on inside.

The whole staff provided excellent and quick service. Marco hooked me up with an amazing deal on some barely used snow tires. I'm never buying new tires again and will no doubt be returning to Willy's. Best tire service I've ever had.

I came to get my tire checked and ended up needing a rim change. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the quick turnaround - I got it fixed within 15 minutes and everyone was so friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend coming here for any tire fixes!

I don't live in the city anymore and still I drive all the way from the suburbs to Willy's for all things tires. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Both Willy and Marco provide excellent service 👌 UPDATE: 11-11-24 Can't say enough about this shop. You won't get better customer service anywhere. Grade A service every single time!

I had a flat tire and called this establishment in hopes of getting assistance. At first, I was told they can help me and they proceeded to take off my spare tire. I was surprised when they told me they couldn’t help me because my tire wasn’t good and I had to buy new ones which I found pretty strange since I had a tire rotation three months ago and my car is only two in a half years old. I took it to PJ’s near wolcott and cermak instead and they were able to help me in 10 minutes! Unbelievable! If you need assistance in flat tires drive to PJ’s everyone ☺️

Need to go to Ohio tonight from Chicago, caught a bad flat 5 mins into my trip, came here and he got me a new tire balanced and mounted in less than 30 minutes for a good price. Good people, even better service. Thank you Willy 🙏

friendly and fast! had a flat, no nails/punctures, they said my rim seal needed to be resealed, in and out within 25 minutes, total was $25. service is in the back of the building, turn into the alley and they have signs to direct you
