I had a flat tire and called this establishment in hopes of getting assistance. At first, I was told they can help me and they proceeded to take off my spare tire. I was surprised when they told me they couldn’t help me because my tire wasn’t good and I had to buy new ones which I found pretty strange since I had a tire rotation three months ago and my car is only two in a half years old. I took it to PJ’s near wolcott and cermak instead and they were able to help me in 10 minutes! Unbelievable! If you need assistance in flat tires drive to PJ’s everyone ☺️

I came to get my tire checked and ended up needing a rim change. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the quick turnaround - I got it fixed within 15 minutes and everyone was so friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend coming here for any tire fixes!

I don't live in the city anymore and still I drive all the way from the suburbs to Willy's for all things tires. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Both Willy and Marco provide excellent service 👌 UPDATE: 11-11-24 Can't say enough about this shop. You won't get better customer service anywhere. Grade A service every single time!

Marco is a great guy! This place won't try to rob you. Got a tire plugged a few weeks ago and came back for my tire sensors at a very reasonable price. Thank God for people like him! 🙏🏽

I have brought my Tesla here a few times as had some bad luck with flats. Willy’s repaired the tires quickly and reasonably priced. Honest and professional team.

I normally don't do reviews, but when a business goes above and beyond, we need to share the love! I contacted them due to their location and review rating. I was not disappointed. They came to my rescue - as my tire was SUPER FLAT! They asked me if I wanted to get out of the car or remain in the car - so I would be comfortable during the repair process. Their rates are well displayed and reasonable considering they could have charged me whatever they wanted in my situation (being 2+ hours away from home). Thank you for delivering kindness, courtesy and professionalism that moved me to do this review for you! <3

My fiancé called and asked about a pin for my tire because the air wasn’t going on. I pulled up and asked for Marco because that’s who he spoke to and Marco fixed my tire on the spot and was so nice

Amazing place. They changed my tire immediately, it took literally 10 minutes, made me a good price (50$ for the tire) and even OFFERED me the change. They were very nice and welcoming, strongly recommend !

Great service! Prices. Lowest in area for fixing flats. They sell used car battery at great price. I bought a die hard platinum battery for 50$ it lasted 3 year. They also sell great used tires. Many of the tires have great treads. Willie senior still here and MR MARCOS doesnt try and trick you into a sale. Sometime a line formes in alley but wait shouldn't be longer than 30 minutes. They do accept credit and debit.😁 THey now sell censors for your tires. And the selection of new tires has increased. In and out with a flat in 15 minutes. Cash receives discount

I was very hopeful my experience would be similar to that of other reviewers, but sadly this was not the case. After calling multiple shops throughout the day for used tires, I thought I had at last ended my search when I came across Willy's Tire Shop. After speaking with a man on the phone to get a price quote, I was asked what size tires, which I proceeded to read directly off the screen. I was assured they had that specific size in stock for $50 each tire. Upon arriving, it appears to be a classic bait and switch tactic. They suddenly don't have the size I need in stock within their used inventory and attempt to gaslight me into believing I misheard them or mispoke as to what size I needed approximately an hour prior to my arrival. Now, they only have new tires that supposedly run for $180 normally, but since I drove all the way there ( a whole10 minutes), he could give me the tires for $100 each. Having integrity and principles are crucial in business, which I unfortunately cannot attest to this organization having any.
