OUTSTANDING VOLKSWAGEN SERVICE at a very reasonable, non-predatory price. Had I not discovered Wilson, I honestly would have ended my life-long relationship with VW, as I've been gouged, exploited and metaphorically kicked in the shins by every dealership and four other shops popular for dealing with 'German engineering' in Memphis over the years. Thanks for restoring my faith (and the performance of my car) without me feeling like I needed to file a police report, gentlemen. I'm coming back and telling all my vdub friends.

I took my wife's car to the local dealership to get an estimate and they estimated over $7,000 worth of work. After paying $250 at the dealership to just look at it, I called Wilson Imports to explain what was going on with the vehicle. Phil virtually assessed the car over the phone and asked me to bring it in. Though some other local shops were recommended to me, I was fully convinced I was going to use Wilson Imports after the customer experience I witnessed with Phil over the phone. The great customer service did not reside solely with Phil, but Spencer at the shop was also awesome. Beyond the exceptional customer service, I paid less than half of what the dealership attempted to charge and it was for ALL of the repairs! As long as we own a vehicle they specialize in, Wilson Imports has a customer for life. Highly recommend!

This is the best shop there is ! They make you feel like family . I love the professionalism, the top notch work , and the transparency that they have . They sent me pictures to show me what needed to be fixed on my car, Mr. Phil called me and explained everything to me in a way that i could understand , they even called me back to let me know that my front axles needed to be replaced and it would be more cost efficient for me to go ahead and do it while they had them off . This saved me a lot of money. They do not use knock off parts either, which is important to me. The guy at the front desk Spencer is very nice and helpful and when i came to pick up my car today the mechanic that worked on my car (Phil # 2 ) came to the front and explained what all he had done. If you are looking for the best shop that will get you in quickly these are your people. I live over an hour away and i can tell you i will never take my car anywhere but Wilson Imports. Thank all of you at Wilson Imports for everything . I can not express enough how thankful i am .

This is my second time bringing my Range Rover to the shop for an oil change. The customer service is wonderful and the owner talks with you about your truck and make sure you understand all the details. I’m very impressed and Wilson is not trying to rip you off like another Range Rover repair shop I went to. I appreciate all the work and will most definitely come back.

Paid 800 dollars because they said that my spark plugs and ignition coils needed replacing due to my check engine light coming on and off due to a misfire. After getting it fixed the check engine light came back on. Brought it back twice to get fixed, where the owner said if i had a problem to bring it back and it would get fixed at no charge. The first time they only cleared a code and the 2nd time they had my car for 2 days where they said the likely cause could be due to a carbon build up. They never fixed the problem and said they would have to charge me to fix the problem... check engine light came back on today. Won't be returning here.

Amazing experience overall. I called at around 9am about my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta needing a wheel speed sensor, I was told to come in at 9:30. I arrived at 9:40 and my car was taken back immediately, it took roughly an hour and a half and my problem was solved. I want to thank Phillip for getting me in immediately and caring for my car like it was his own. They were the only mechanic to get me in and out same day, and at an extremely reasonable price. Thanks again!!

I am just moving here from out of state and needed my Land Rover checked out. I was recommended by the Land Rover dealership to bring my vehicle to Wilson Imports, Bluff City-Memphis and I am glad I did because of the professionalism and just the great care my vehicle got. From the ease of making an appointment with Wilson Imports I was won over. I got reminder alerts and I also got updates along the way. They were very thorough and thoughtful in handling my concerns with my car. I was at ease with their knowledge and honesty. They didn’t try to get over on me with unnecessary things to fix and he even told me I didn’t need what I thought I did. It was efficient and friendly service with reasonable rates. If you have a Land Rover, Range Rover, or Audi I definitely recommend Wilson Imports!! I’m not taking my car anywhere else not even the dealership.

I hate to take my car to the shop. Wilson imports have been a blessing to me. They are very professional and patient. I would not want anyone else working on my Audi A8. They treat you like family. I’m very happy to have found Wilson Imports. They got my car in right away to be looked at and were quick to diagnosis the problem. A special and expensive part 😫had to be ordered but Spencer and Phil were both very upfront about what needed to be done and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service! Excellent Communication! I was initially quoted $8,000 at another shop and even paid $500 just for a diagnosis. There was no way I was going to pay that. Thankfully, a friend recommended Wilson Imports, and my only regret is not finding out about them sooner. They provided a comprehensive explanation of what was wrong, showed me the parts they replaced, offered a 2-year warranty on the parts, and best of all, the total cost was only a quarter of what the other shop had quoted. Mr. Fields and his team were professional and friendly, and my car is now running like new! We’ve found our new go-to mechanic. 10/10 Highly recommended!!!! Audi A7

Thiis place is Great for Foreign vehicles Took My Audi to them & they were very reasonable , warranty on all the work they do . Front Desk Spencer was kind and very understanding, they have great customer service at this place and all for their customers I would recommend them to anyone.
