I had my rv towed there because coming back off a road trip the front started wobbling i was told i needed king pin replaced and front shocks. i had replaced the shocks a year and half ago and i thought it to be strange that king pins go out at 90,000 miles when thy are well maintained in which they were, got the work done 2 days later driving down the road lube leaked out from the worked that had been done which damaged the right spindle had it towed back to shop got that replaced took it for a front end alignment they could not align because the spindle was to tight so back to shop again to correct that finally back on the road again for a 2 week trip i get back near home the wobbling starts again but the strange thing it started at the same location the original wobbling started i called the shop tech came to my house checked rv could not find anything wrong we took it on test drive no wobbling the tech ask me could i have ran off the road maybe so i thought about both times this happen it was at the same location so while driving by the location it happen i noticed on the edge of the road there was a bad spot at the edge of the road it had sank in some i went back hooked my tow jeep to rv like it was both times it happened drove over that spot guess what my rv began to wobble just like in the beginning so i never needed king pins or front shocks i had 5 different diesel shops tell me not normal for king pins to go out like that wow $3.000.00 for work i did not need. probaly why you wind up having to replace spindle because you did wrong in the begginning and to make matters worst i never heard a appology and when i picked up rv up last time not even a thank you was handed the keys and told where the rv was parked. i notice all the bible scriptures on the board, they are no good if you do not live by them. please put this one your board Galatians 6:7 what ever a man soweth that he shall reap also

Anytime we need work done, they are always up front & honest about pricing. They always communicate with me so I limit the amount of downtime I have. Highly recommend giving them a try. They also offer roadside service for Commercial vehicles as well.

The folks at Wilson's were an absolute Godsend! My Freightliner broke down on i-10 and they spent 3 hours on the side of the road trying to get me up and running. Ultimately, I needed to be towed to the shop and they arranged the wrecker to come out at a more than reasonable rate. After diligently diagnosing for multiple hours, they determined I would need my ECM replaced, Not only were they able to quickly locate a new ECM, they had an on-call Detroit tuner to flash my new ECM to get my truck running better than I've ever known. I will absolutely return and recommend them to anyone in or passing through Jacksonville.
