⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great customer service ! Reasonable pricing ! Fast ! I came in with my Audi Q5 for a broken flange. The guys inspected it and gave me a few options. They explain how they are going to repair it and showed me the broken flange. I like how they explained everything to me instead of giving me options and take my money. I decided to come in the next day since I have work and it’s going to take a few hours. Very professional ! I would trust these guys with my cars any day. It was my first time and I’m very impressed by the customer service and communication. I will update again, once I bring in my Toyota Camry in for transmission service, serpentine belt installation and brake fluid bleed. Thanks Windy City Muffler & Brakes !

I go here every time I need to fix something on my car. They consistently give the best prices and do quality work. They charged hundreds less than other places for brakes. They also do other repairs and always charge less than other places quote me. 100% recommend. Also, some other places charge to look at your car, and these guys do it for free.

I was having issues with my exhaust and Umut was such a great help! I was able to go in on the same day of calling and had a great experience. From the moment I walked in I felt super comfortable and was walked through the whole process. Turns out I had a leak coming from a specific part of my exhaust. Umut walked me through it by showing me where the leak was coming from, and then again showed me the fix the team put in place to repair the leak! If you have any issues with your car I highly recommend this shop, great customer service and solid mechanical work. Definitely earned a new loyal customer!

I have frequented this shop for the last 2 years. Their service has always been quality and speedy. Mert has helped me in the past with tires, another older gentleman last fall for intake cleaning, and today Umut helped me with a tire plug for my flat.

Needed my exhaust system looked at, being that it was extremely cold and notice noise coming from my exhaust system. Knowing that I did not want to be exposed to carbon monoxide gas leaking into my vehicle, I came across Windy City Muffler & Brakes and was impressed with the genuine reviews. With that said I ventured down and was greeted by Fidan and Matt who addressed my concern. After their technician examined my vehicle, it was obvious that my vehicle needed attention to fix an exhaust issue. I was advised what needed to be replaced by showing me what was causing the problem once the vehicle was lifted up. The work was done on my Volvo wagon as advised and I was completely satisfied the cost of repairs, the genuine honesty given, the time duration for repairs and the friendly atmosphere granted from everyone involved. This shop is by far on the top of my list! Roger M

Brought my 2010 Carmy to have a flex pipe replaced. I had the part while the shop only charged me for Labor. Both the mechanic and the guy at the desk were very professional and quick and the pirce was very reasonable. Would recommend this shop for sure to anyone.

I’ve taken two different cars I have into Windy City; 1 for a loud muffler sound and 1 for a rattle near my driver's side wheel. Both times their team (and not just 1 mechanic) spent a lot of time checking out my problems, they found no real problems AND DIDN’T CHARGE ME OR WANT “ANY” money. Oddly, both times I left each car sounded much better. I will not hesitate to use Windy City and their mechanics again as I find their integrity and honesty the best I’ve ever experienced! I was getting unbelievable price from a dealership, waiting for 1 week and half to get parts and then I need to changed a whole exhaust system and the catylic converter $$$$. I am so glad that in the matters of few hours you fix my car with changing one little pipe. WOW!
