My brother and sister recommended this auto shop to me as the old shop we were going was overly expensive and not fixing our cars right. Wise automotive helped me understand the issues I was having and thoroughly explained the repair process and what I needed to fix at a very reasonable price with a 1 year warranty. I am so glad I brought my car here and will continue to do business with them if I ever have any other car problems.

When the Wise family retired, there was an obvious concern that the quality might not continue. Joe Saad picked up the torch and by having skilled mechanics and caring about his customers, continues to be my go-to mechanic.

Wise Automotive will never get another dime out of me! Joe Wise is a smooth talker and will TRY to use that to get out of accountability and responsibility. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR TRANSMISSIONS!!!! I could tell you how they gave me my truck back for a steering wheel issue, but let me drive off because that issue also needed an alignment once completed. I missed my appointments that day because I had to take it to another shop. They did pay for it, rightfully so, but I should not have been given my truck back in that condition. I still went back to him and, looking back, I should never have trusted him with my Jeep. And my ability to forgive lead him to keep my JEEP CHEROKEE from JUNE TO AUGUST 2024!! The person who fixes transmissions was out of the country!! Since August I have had to bring this Jeep back 2 or 3 times. Long story short, today is November 7th and I am FINALLY getting it back today AFTER they could not get the job done correctly. His communication skills are trash. “I will call you today to let you know what’s going on,” No he won’t. “Your car will be finished by Friday” FALSE! “I lost your key and I didn’t want to tell you because I knew you would be mad” SIR! You delayed fixing my car because YOU LOST MY KEY?! I will say that he does try to smooth things over, but WHY should things be smoothed over? WHY WAS IT BUMPY TO BEGIN WITH??!!! A $4000 job has cost me more than $8000 with rentals. This last rental I MADE him pay for! And he wanted to argue with me over $100, the cost of another day .After he, yet again, did not call me to tell me my car was finished. I went there to get the balance of the rental Nov 5th which would have covered the 6th. “I told you it would be ready that day” Sir, why would I believe anything out of your mouth?! And WHY DIDN’T YOU CALL TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS FINISHED?! He did not call so he would not have to take responsibility! “I called you yesterday” Did he leave a message?! Absolutely not. Why? Say it with me: SO THAT HE WOULD NOT HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!! Also there is a dent that I found on my car after one of the times it was in their shop- but I don’t have the bandwidth to address that with him. AND THEY LEFT MY CAR ON E WHEN THERE WAS DEFINITELY GAS IN THERE! By the time this was finished, I could have gotten a crusty hoopty from one of those sketchy dealerships on 8 mile!! If you have a big job to get done, take it to the dealership and pay the extra money. At least you KNOW that it will be done correctly. Joe Wise, you lost a loyal customer. I have brought others to you. But no more. It’s not about the $100. It the principle. It’s about the integrity that you should have for your business that you clearly do not have the capability to possess. You will see me dragging my JEEP from here to Kentucky before I send another vehicle to that place! (And this may be true since the verdict is still out on whether or not they fixed the issue)

There has been new owners for a couple of years. It's is odd that the new owners kept the same name "Wise Automotive" The original owners would not approve of the work that is being done here. We have been customers since 1966.

I took my vehicle to the dealership and multiple shops and was charged with out the issue being fixed i was referred to wise automotive who was Very professional and accurate with diagnosis of vehicle problems they are also reasonable with the pricing after two months of my car being in different shops wise had it up and running in 1 day I give them guys 10 stars

Waited a week for the dealer to check my 2021 Chevy Blazer to quote me a ridiculous price. Joe quoted me almost half the price the dealer did and got me in and out in 1 day! I’ll definitely be bringing my car here for all future services and repairs! Thank you Joe and the Wise team!

Sold me a car and lied about the title and car fax when I told them I didn’t want to continue with the vehicle sale they refused my calls. The car arrived with no gas with a dead battery and multiple other issues. A 60 k car and I have had to put 5 k into it already. They told delivery guys if I refused the car to leave it at the nearest junk yard. The owner was a major jerk a complaint was made on the company through the better business bureau.
