Life is better when you have a vehicle repair shop that you can trust to fix your ride. Also, one that is so fair on price. I highly recommend Walter of W&J Auto Repair. His mechanics are the BEST. I have taken my daughter's vehicle and wife's vehicle to him. Both times he went above and beyond. If you have to wait a bit to see them there is a reason....

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for this company because of their exceptional work. The service is always top-notch. The owner is personable, and his team of mechanics pays great attention to detail. I'm truly happy with the service and professionalism I receive from W&J!

I waited a while to write this review because before coming into W& j my jeep was overheating & cutting off every other month nobody could figure out what was wrong with it. I brought my car here first he saw that another shop put my spark plugs on wrong so we thought that was the issue. The second time around they finally figured out what the problem was. It was an expensive repair, but it was well worth it. I ended up having to get a head gasket repair, since my car is paid off and other reasons. I personally wasn’t ready to get a new jeep, I just decided to invest in getting it fixed, and it’s the best investment I think I could’ve ever gotten. They got it fixed within a week and my car has been good since. The only other issue I had was a sensor issue which they were able to fix and the labor was free of charge. I really appreciate his customer service and the mechanics diligence. I’ve been in Charlotte for four years and constantly came across bad car shops, mechanics, & scrupulous customer service. But I am so happy to say that I found me a repair home because I will forever be a customer. Thank you to walter and your team for providing great quality service!

Its been a couple of months since Walter repaired my daughter’s car twice. He replaced a motor and starter. He did an awesome job and the car has been running good ever since. The turn around time is awesome as well!!!!

I took my car for a diagnostic test due to noise and a general look at my suspension. Walter (the owner) was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and advised that my car was in perfect condition, the noise was due to loose bolts that occur over time. I was relieved and more than grateful for his advice and service. If you would like honest affordable service this is an excellent choice for auto repair. Thanks again Walter, he has made a loyal customer.

Visited Walter and W&J team in december; Walter took my truck for a ride with me, assessed some issues; showed me the problem with the truck on the lift and made repairs quickly [shocks and sway bar]. Changed brake fluid for free. Great service and communication.

I’ve recently moved to the Charlotte area and have been desperately looking for a reliable and trust worthy mechanic. As I was driving by I randomly decided to give this location a call. They told me to come in that day. They checked out my car, explained what the issue was, gave me an estimate of the repairs, and told me they could have the issue fixed that week. I went home did my research on the repairs to make sure the price matched up to what I was told. Everything added up. I took my car in and it was finished the next day. It runs so smoothly now. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Walter and his mechanics were true professionals and explained everything that was wrong with my Nissan Xterra. They guarantee their work for a year so if anything happens on work they do they will take care of it at no extra charge. I definitely felt like family here and I would trust no other mechanic anymore and come to this shop. I HIGHLY recommend!
