Did state inspector here, But got a report with wrong VIN number. Waste a lot of time due to this. Could you guys double check these info before getting a report

We had my mother-in-laws oil changed here two days before Christmas. On Christmas while on the road, her engine started smoking and it was determined that there was no oil in the reservoir because the O-ring on the oil filter had been cut during the oil change. After all the photographic evidence was presented Wolf Creek car care Center still refused to pay the $300 it cost to tow the vehicle, refill the oil reservoir and replace the oil filter. I found the manager to be Very rude and dismissive. Unfortunately our whole family has used this location for oil changes for a long time now, but will now be taking our business somewhere else.

The car wash stopped working after spraying slal on the car, instructing us to pull forwards and glitching out. An employee provided us with a free code to try again, which did not work. When I requested a refund for the car wash I paid for, I was told to call the 800 number on the kiosk. When I was unable to locate an 800 number, I was told "it's not affiliated with us." So they were unable to refund the service which was not rendered and also were unable to provide instructions on how to secure a refund. I will be pursuing the matter further with my Credit Card provider and will not return to this location.

They are fast enough you don't have to get out of your vehicle and they are very courteous and professional.

This place has been our togo place for oil change and maintenance jobs since we moved here last year. I was needing an oil change before a long trip last year, called up several places and they only had appointments after my departure, and then I found this place with no appointment needed. Came here and received fast/efficient oil change at reasonable price, been using them ever since for maintenance jobs.

Everyone that works there has been great to deal with. I have my company truck and personal vehicles serviced at Wolf Creek, afterwards you receive a free car wash.. Would recommend.

The guys were very helpful! It was a slow day, they got a headlight changed, taillight changed, oil changed and a state inspection done in about a half an hour and all for under $100. Great service, very kind.
