I brought my last truck here multiple times in the past and they were always quick… I don’t know if they changed ownership or what but today was horrible. I was the only customer there the entire time but yet it took over an hour for just an oil change! I came here because I was in a hurry to go out of town and just had my oil change warning pop up. They advertise a 20min change so I decided to go here instead of the ford quick lane. I had to go out to the bay twice to pop the hood because they didn’t know how to open it and then got on the road to see that the maintenance reset for the truck hadn’t even been done. Both of the guys were young and had good customer service but they need more training or a manager there to show them the ropes Update: Got home to find they spilled oil all over the place, hadn’t even replaced the oil filter, didn’t re-attach the underbody cover (which is now also missing a bolt that fell out), and the oil on the dipstick is dirty like the old oil wasn’t fully drained! This caused me to have to delay going out of town because I’m not about to drive 10hrs on a shotty oil change and going to get it redone at another place today. Unacceptable

I came for an oil change in September of 2023 and told them the low tire pressure light was on. It had been for many months at that point. They said they looked at the tires and found them 35PSI OK. The light was still on. One of the tires went visibly flat today (2/23/24) and so I checked all of the tires just cause and found the not flat ones to 20-25 PSI Error. When I finished they were all 35PSI+ and light went out. I don't think they actually touched my tires like I told them to. Everything else appears to be in order. Minus a star for not touching the tires when directed to do so.
