I came here for an oil change on 1/20/2025 my cover under my car was held together with zip ties. It was held together just fine and I’m sure the guy who changed my oil saw that. The gentleman who took my payment told me they was almost finished his guy was putting my cover back on. In the process of doing that a manger came over and told the guy who was doing it put a move on we have 6 cars in line. I felt like when he told the guy that he started rushing on my vehicle. I checked under my car and saw it wasn’t like it was before I came. I of course complained and two other guys got under my car and put more zip ties. Well today my cover is loose and dragging. I used to love coming here even came in my company truck when they needed an oil change. But this will definitely be my last time.

Wolf Pen Oil Change has my truck purring like a kitten every time, and their prices are solid. But then—bam!—3% credit card fee. Seriously? Who keeps hundreds of dollars in cash on them? What do you think I am, a pirate with a chest of gold doubloons in my trunk? And let’s not forget the upsells: wiper blades, air filters, fuel filters, and every other filter known to mankind. By the time you're done, the total is enough to make you wonder if your car came with a secret subscription plan. But sorry, Wolf Pen, I don’t carry a “just-in-case” wad of cash for impromptu air filter upgrades. Here’s the kicker: people who use cards usually spend more—and not just on filters. We’re the same folks who might upgrade to premium oil just because we’re feeling fancy. But no, you’d rather stick to this 3% cash-first policy and risk alienating your best customers. Great service, good prices, but questionable business strategy. Three stars because my truck's happy, but my wallet’s offended.

The customer service I received this morning was great.. Christian, Chris and Bobby took great care of me. I’ve been going to one oil company for years and decided to try “Wolf Creek” out plus I wanted my free car wash lol but besides that I never had a oil company “top” my windshield washer fluid etc…for me out of courtesy Thank you and Happy Holidays!

This is the ONLY PLACE in College Station go get oil changes for your vehicles . They did my 3/4 ton diesel and my wife’s 1998 Jaguar simultaneously.They made excellent recommendations on cost vs quality to help us decide on an oil product; checked our tires, filled fluids and gave us a free car wash next door. I usually don’t leave reviews; however these men deserve to lauded for excellence. Thanks again to our technician; Jeffrey.

I always have great service here but my service with Rod today was exceptional. When he told me I needed an air filter I declined his offer but then he took the time to explain why I needed one (without being the least bit pushy) and bc of that I made the informed decision to get one. I love taking my car here, I can usually get in and out during my lunch break. Ask for Danny, he is very thorough! I’m always pleased with the detailed service I receive at Wolf Creek Car Wash.

They are so nice and efficient. They even have an air conditioner blower thing to keep you cool in your car while they change the oil. We always use wolf creek lube center.
