Dwayne was great to work with. He did an amazing job getting my work order in on my car when it was the last day of my warranty. He kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. Even got someone to come pick me up to get to the dealership. Only wish they would have vacuumed my car out when they were vacuuming everyone else’s car.

Update to below review: there certainly were some issues with the service and not completely to the fault of Woodhouse Lincoln, after returning the car for a 3rd time, the new noise was due to a bad part (strut) that was installed and only discovered by driving. Woodhouse service accepted that it was under their responsibility and fixed the issue at no cost to me. I'm thankful for the correction and moved from 2 stars to 3, there was way too much stress (and money) involved with the whole issue, but they did make it right. First review: My service guy kept good communication but that was the best of the ordeal... took it in because of a "squeal when turning the wheel, they said struts, next day call said they ordered the wrong struts (RIGHT ONES WERE AN EXTRA $400) picked up third day ands still making noise enroute home, dropped it off yep days later because of scheduling, they said ball joint, next day they call, received the WRONG SIDE, picked up car following day. Squeal is gone but now there's a new rattle noise and I'm afraid to go back there 😡

they are always so nice and accommodating - that's why I continue to return to Woodhouse - it's been at least 18 years of good service and cars - keep up the good work!

The oil change and tire rotation were completed in a satisfactory manner. I asked that the car be washed biut they forgot. Service was key in this case and it was done satisfactorily.

Woodhouse Lincoln service department was able to schedule me in on very short notice and resolved my air conditioning issue quickly. They greatly contributed to my elderly passengers' comfort and well-being on an unforeseen trip to attend to an out of state family matter during a very hot spell here in the Midwest. A big thank you to Gavin and the rest of the service department crew.

As a customer for 20 years, l've witnessed their service department fall to the bottom next to Jiffy Lube and Jensen Tire. I brought my vehicle in with a specific concern, and even reached out to the service manager prior to arriving. even expressed my concern again to the person that I left my vehicle. No one had a conversation with me about my concern at all. I got an electronic message that I needed to do a few things, but nobody had the courtesy to have a conversation with me about my concerns. So informal, so unprofessional. I don't know what else to say except this department does not stand behind their work. I guess I'm the stupid one for being a repeat customer for 20 years. Zero stars

Everyone was courteous and helpful. When an issue came up the day after I brought my car in I received quick responses. They drive out to my place to fix the issue and I was on my way again.

I have been coming here for my car servicing for several years and the staff and service our great. They even have a waiting area separate from the TV room which is a tremendous and helpful feature!!!!

I really like Justin in the service Department. I do not blame him for my situation. I’ve had my Lincoln Aviator in for a rear tail gate issue 3 times. I’m assured each time it’s working… It’s not!!! I really believe they thought the new parts installed took care of the problem.. It didn’t. I’ve been a Ford / Lincoln buyer for over 60 years but maybe it’s time to look at brand X

I've taken my care to a couple of different places to have a vibration looked at. Each time they would balance the wheels but it never fixed the problem. I scheduled with Woodhouse Lincoln. When I came to pick my car up, Gavin nicely explained what they did to correct the problem.

Justin was great! He asked questions about what services I wanted to ensure my needs were met. He also kept me informed of the progress. At the end he walked me outside to my vehicle and opened the door for me, as my hands were full. Nice touch!!
