I typically don't post reviews for horrible customer service, but I would like to prevent others that are less informed about their vehicles to utilize mindfulness of service work. I went in for a simple oil change on my '22 F150. I received a call about 20 minutes later from Daniel M in regards to the inspection. He indicated verbatim "the technician said you need a new air filter". I advised that I just replaced the air filter and the cabin filter a month or so ago. After advising that, he instantly stumbled and said I need to go check with the technician. Bottom line, educate yourself so you don't get had by someone trying to make a sales quota by selling you something you do not require or need for your vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, I advised that he was less than honest with me and showed him a picture of the tape I had put on the air box. Daniel M instantly got defensive that I was calling him out for lying and said come here and look at my screen and the recommended service. I acknowledged him and thought to myself how many lie to their customers and sell them something they don't need. I hope this makes others aware of sales tactics. I hope Daniel M can offer others better service than he did me today!

I'm counting on these guys to keep my old Grand Marquis in good condition and running smoothly. So far, so good. They have a very competent team that love vehicles and take their jobs seriously. As long as they do right by my vehicle I'll continue to have my car serviced here.

Typically pretty good about getting you in. Wait times can be a bit long, but a helpful place to stop if you’re having tire problems. Normal pricing. Doesn’t try to upsell everything under the sun.

Bring car in because breaks are squeaking and don’t want it to become a bigger issue. Get report back that the breaks are fine. A week later the squeaking turns into grinding. Take the car back only to be informed that the person who inspected my breaks last time wasn’t even a certified technician - aka, someone qualified to look at one of the most important safety features of a vehicle. A half-hearted apology and a 10% discount (after being bullied into it), and new brakes/pads. Guess what? Breaks still squeaking after a week of having the car back.

Fast and friendly service. No up-sell at the register, just fix what needs fixed and gets you in and out as fast as possible. These guys are my go-to for minor problems that need a quick fix done right

My husband & I have used this location over the past few years. We took his truck in for service earlier this year and waited 2-3 hours to have an oil change performed. I just finished having my oil changed there & it took 3.5 hours. It took 2.5 hours for them to even bring it back to start working on it. I gave them another chance hoping for a different outcome and unfortunately it was the same. The employees are kind & give you a "heads up" about a longer wait, but for me, they were off by almost 2 hours from what they quoted. They need to rebrand because "quick" is absolutely NOT something you get here. I will not be returning.

Called earlier today and was told I could come by after work (430) and could do a walk in with no problem. Get here at 420 and am told they can’t get it tonight within the next 2 hours before they close. Wood house has been nothing but a disappointment since purchasing my truck from them a few months ago. This seems pretty typical for their chain.

Came to the quickline for 2 days in a row worst customer service I have seen on town Came for a oil change for my f 350 2017 The shop is pretty much empty and they say they don't have anybody able to do the oil change . I guess I'll just switch to Baxter Ford

Every time I try going here they either tell me it will be 3 hours to get an oil change done or they can't get it done today at all. They won't take appointments so if you're not there when they open, forget about them getting you taken care of. They should change the name because definitely not a "quick lane". Staff is good but definitely not a place to go if you need a simple service.

I have been coming to the quick lane center for the past year. They are always very friendly and quick to get my vehicle serviced. They are never pushy when they give you the recommended services on your vehicle and have a very relaxed feel in the lobby. This past service visit they found that my brake cap was missing and a lot of debris had got into the line. It was determined that I would need a flush and a new cap. I explained that nobody had touched my car since my last service appointment with them and I was unsure of how the brake cap would have just come off. The service manager Travett and his team took care of everything immediately and completed the flush at no charge to me. Shout out to Roxanne for being so pleasant as well!

5 minutes to close the shop, I got a tire emergency. They told can not do anything because they were done for the day. Went to discount tire cross the street 1 minute to close and they said yes great customer service for a last minute service.

Have spent thousands of dollars here, bought 4 tires, breaks, alignment and with tires got repair or replace warranty road hazard, tire damaged could not repair, told could no longer get tire, had to order something similar and took over 2 weeks to get go in to get it replaced, finally and they charge me $218 for a tire to be replaced, why would anyone ever go back there, almost as much as buying tire to start with, and charged me labor to replace, just letting everyone know buyer beware!!!!! never use again

I needed all new tires last minute, my fiancé called them to order the tires and I was in and out the next morning and only took around 2 hours. It was wonderful. Great staff and very pleasant to conversate with. 10/10 recommend!

In short, we have an F150 Ford we purchased in Jan. Started hearing a noise when we backed up. Took it to two dealers and no one could look at it, staffing shortage and or no replacement parts. Heard about Woodhouse Quickstop. They looked at our vehicle, though very busy. Found out the problem. Under warranty so could not fix it. We are no scheduled at a dealership in November to have them look at it. THANK YOU Quickstop for seeing our needs and finding out what’s wrong! Best customer service! They even called my husband to see how things were going! OMG….who does that anymore?!!! Your business goes above and beyond!

Their customer service is awful. They are always under staffed and have every excuse for “why”. They like to treat women like they are stupid. They have overfilled oil in my vehicle several time and just left a huge mess under my hood. There was so much that it puddled on my garage floor. I am not sure why I have given them so many chances but after being told it would be 5 hours before my oil change “Quick Lube” could be done I figured enough is enough and I needed to share with everyone!

Took my 2015 Chrysler 200s & my 2018 Dodge Durango in for an oil change, ask for what promos they had going on, so I got the works for both which included tire rotation for both. Went to arbys down the street with my girlfriend, came back when we had see that our last vehicle parked about 30 mins later. Paid and somehow got double charged for both transactions. That is issued was fixed right away. Girlfriend left in one and I got into my car & the tire pressure was about 50 psi, I thought “oh maybe since I got a rotation if what off beat for a min. Got home & was the same, looked at the tires & and the used tire was still in the same location. So I didn’t get a tire rotation, & the psi was super outta range. Went to look at the Dodge Durango & it still had low psi on the front drivers side which pretty much meant no tire rotation on that vehicle. Feeling a bit ripped off. Yeah they give you free basic carwash but it isn’t worth it if you pay so much and don’t even get what you went in for? So long story short my fellow people ALWAYS check/inspect your vehicles before you leave. As a customer it just makes you wonder if you truly get what you pay for! Not to mention idk if they put fluid wash in your car or not, “mine didn’t have any before going in” but at this point I feel that I would have been better off down the street with jiffy lube.

Trash. Came in 2.5 hours before close, multiple open stalls. Was told unable to complete an oil change. Came in 3 hrs before close on a different occasion. Was told the same thing. Trash.
