I truly can’t say enough great things about Woodlawn Auto Care. I have been getting my car serviced there for few years now. As a woman, it’s hard to find a place where you can trust, I have been riped off countless times. Not here! Excellent care, excellent attention. Timely service. Recently, came in for a break job, originally Sal thought my part would have to come from Acura, quoted me the cost. Later he called and told me he was able to fix it without ordering the part, saving me literally $1000!!! Thank you! Last time I came, I was failing and emissions test and turns out it was an issue that was unique to Acura that caused the fail. After research, the team was able to rectify it and correct it. With the reasonable costs and care, I would trust my car with Woodlawn Auto Care over Acura.

I had a slow leak in my tire and needed some air. I went to 3 different auto mechanics in the area and miraculously all 3 didn't have an compressor that worked. Came to Woodlawn and they were happy to help. I even offered the guy a tip and he refused it. He w just happy to help. Every auto shop in the area is money hungry. These guys are genuine.

I have been going to these guys for five years. I had a catalytic converter that was stolen off the church van. They replace it with no problems .... Best guys on the south side of town. I recommend anybody to go see these guys. Great job!

I went here twice for car overheating they couldn't figure out why but any good mechanic should of been able to figure that out but they didn't properly diagnose my truck right but charged me alot of money for doing a bunch of nothing my truck kept running hot on me now I need a new engine that would cost me over $10k thanks to these guys if they knew what they was doing it could of been an easy quick fix but they stringed me alone and took a couple of dollars out of me places like this needs to be out of business

The folks at Woodlawn are great- they are professional, skilled, courteous, reasonable, and complete repairs in a timely manner. I will certainly return to Woodlawn auto in the future!

Top notch.I really like there services.They are more than professionals.I went there for my oil change August 2023 and my car works the best with no maintenance light until February 2024.I did my second oil change today .Customer services are the best

I had the best experience at Woodlawn Auto Care Shop after taking my Volkswagen CC to get repaired. After going to two reputable car repair shops, One being the Volkswagen Dealership and the other is a well known repair shop, neither can tell me what was wrong. After paying two diagnostic fee's without result I felt defeated. A friend of mine recommended Woodlawn Auto, therefore; I decided to give them a shot. I went in on a Tuesday morning and was contacted by them that afternoon. I was informed what the issue was and decided to allow them to repair it. After picking up my vehicle Thursday morning, I could not have been more happier. What I felt was a great price and great service, they have a customer for life.

I had the best experience at Woodlawn Auto Care. I was recommended there by a family member. I had a few issues with my vehicle that I wanted to take care of before I took a road trip. They repaired my vehicle properly and went on my road trip with no issues. They also took the time to let me know that there are some maintenance items that are coming up based on mileage.

I trust these guys. They refused to look at my 81 montecarlo because it was "too old" but other than that one experience they do great work at a fair price with a quick turnaround. An honest quality mechanic is hard to find but if you found these guys you don't have to look any further.

Its tony this shop is great i have been dealing wit this place for years and they are real good on fixing cars even when a number of shops tell you ur car cant be fixed or wont even take ur car to be repaired!!! So if u have this kind of problem and everybody says u gotta take it to tha dealership in order to be fixed WOODLAWN AUTO is tha place to go** they are pricey but well worth it 👌 also they're better numbers than a dealership and there is NO other shop on the south side that do electrical and computer work!!!! Service is great 👍 tha staff is truthful and respectful i love these guy's they're da best i will remain a customer for life!!! Thanks guy's for da great service!!!! Stay awesome W/A Tony Garrett

Previous to 2020: Professional, friendly, honest, and expedient. I've been going here for over a decade with multiple vehicles. Update 2022: The new management is nothing like the old. They have fewer times, do shoddy work, and don't get to know their customers' names and faces like the previous staff did.

These guys are a bunch of high dollar scams i spent a lot of money with them within a couple months only for my vehicle still to have the same issue went in for a no crank no start they sold me a ecm then called and told me i needed A new ignition switch i okayed That only to call me back and say i need a starter i okayed that only to call back and say it needs a motor i denied putting anymore money into a car that does not run they told me okay hurry up and come get your car off my lot after i paid over $6k in repairs all their reviews are fake those are their family members making those fake reviews and they don’t care for colored people even though they are in a colored area i highly don’t recommend these guys to no one
