UPDATE: 5/15/2024…Still being ignored. UPDATE: 7/26/23... Unfortunately, My car is still not fixed. After several phone conversations, text messages, and my husband just showing up to the shop and finally catching him there, my car still looks like trash. Promises were made but we're back to being ignored. I really don't understand this. I have no choice but to seek legal counsel. UPDATE: 3/18/23...The owner reached out to me to talk about the issues that I've spoken about. Up dates will happen as progress is made. I went to high school with Jarriel and always like to support my classmates and small black owned businesses. I took my car to Jarriel because I THOUGHT that I would get excellent body work on my paid off car. It took weeks to repair and when I got it back there were still a few things that needed to be completed. Within 3 months the paint started chipping. I told him about it and he said, "Sis, I gotchu. Let me get some things wrapped up and I'll bring you in. I'll get you a rental too." That was right at 2 years ago. I've consistently reached out to him and gave him grace just to be lied to. Since then, my grills have fallen off, the wheel well covers have shredded and disconnected, and there are things that are connected to the front of my car that are worn due to being exposed. I have given him chance after chance to right this wrong. I have messages where he's promising to fix my car... now I'm being ignored. Disappointment is an understatement. He wouldn't do those guys that drive the slabs like that. Beware! SMH...

I'm not usually one to write reviews but this has become a nightmare . Jarriel took my vehicle in for my bumper to be painted and he completely stopped responding to my calls/my texts about finishing my vehicle . It has now been working on a month and 2 weeks and he still hasn't reached out . I try to support everyone but this is an absolute no. I suggest you guys find someone else

If you're looking for a auto body shop, I suggest you find another one. I paid Jarriel wooten to replace and Paint my driver side mirror. He came to my house at 10 o'clock at night And put a gold mirror on my silver car. That he was supposed to be painting. He pretended like he didn't realize it was gold when he was clearly trying to get over because he was supposed to paint it before he put it on. I reached out to him and for the last two weeks he has been Making excuses after excuses why he still has not finished painting the mirror. After the Fourth, excuse I finally asked. Could he provide me back my mirror and And reimburse me, what he charge me to paint the mirror that he was paid to paint that he never did and I haven't heard from him since. I try to support people that I know. But unfortunately, situations like this happen. It's OK to have things happen with your business. But this whole experience has been completely unprofessional and I will never use this man again and I Make sure that every time. I see somewhere where I can post a review on this business I will others know find somewhere else. I will like he was paid for a job he never completed and its upsetting.
