Our 2007 Cadillac had a severe oil leak. The check engine light was on and the cat shuddered. A trusted source highly recommended World Class Auto. We had our car towed to the shop. Frank ran the codes, inspected the engine and discovered several issues. He put together a quote and we approved the work. Frank even texted pictures of the problem areas. The issues were correctly repaired and our car ran like it was new. I found the team at World Class Auto to be personable and honest in their dealings with us. I highly recommend World Class Auto!

I took my 2005 Lexus here to get some work done my car was smoking and all the dashboard lights were on. The staff here are wonderful people honest and fair excellent customer service. Frank went above and beyond to make sure my car was back and running in no time. When I pulled off in my car it felt like a brand new vehicle I'm so glad I decided to bring my car to World Class Auto I was a little hesitant because I've been to other auto mechanic shops that has over charged me and the problem still wasn't fixed but Frank communicated with me the entire time taking pictures sending updates just keeping me involved with the whole process with reasonable prices I definitely recommend there Top Notch Service.

I have used the head mechanic (Frank) for nearly 20 years at another location. Frank is an excellent mechanic and can quickly diagnose the cars problem He replaced my 1999 Chevrolet suberban’s engine and I got 75,000 more miles from the car before upgrading in 2018. So glad I reconnected with Frank at World Class Auto.

Will not work on vw's and very overly priced if you bring your own parts not worth it for 25 years of service more like a rip off not affordable shop if you're looking for a lot to be done

Brought my LX470 in for repair, cv axles and some brake work and minor fluids, I’ll start with after I got the truck back, first thing was the vsc light being on due to them aligning the truck with a dead battery, cost another $200 at lexus to have them recalibrate the steering, nothing was said by mechanic after test drive, then during lexus inspection they find a cracked wheel sensor from the cv axle job, which I had to fix, then the wrong c clips were fitted to the front hubs with will eventually bevel the outside portion of my retainer slot on the cv causing it to pop off, it is supposed to be an interference fit which this wasn’t, I provided multiple clips to get this right, they kept the rest after. On value it was a fair price for the work but you get what you pay for. As someone who turns a wrench when I can and know cars pretty well I will be back on the search for a new mechanic.

World Class Auto did an amazing job! Caleb and Bill were both particularly helpful. After a week of dealing with back and forth with other technicians, I was recommended to this shop and by a friend, and I’m very glad I brought my car here. They were transparent about pricing and explained what was going on with my car without using jargon I couldn’t understand. Amazing service thank you!

Excellent service and honest staff. They helped me understand what work was needed on my car and what wasn’t. The dealership recommended way too much work but World Class Auto was honest in their assessment and much more affordable. Highly recommend.

I took my "luxury" vehicle here for an adaptive headlight replacement after the assembly was water damaged for some unknown reason. Bill and Caleb did a great job of providing an accurate and fair estimate, keeping me informed of the repair progress, and completing the work in a timely manner while also honoring a special request to place additional sealant in the new unit to help reduce the chances of another costly repair. They showed me the damaged modules, even though I didn't request it. In other words, I feel like they went above and beyond. I was referred here by someone who has also gotten excellent service, and I will definitely keep them in mind for future jobs. I highly recommend that you consider them for your luxury and European car repair needs.

I was a customer of World Class for many years when it was operated by Dale and the service was indeed always world class. I can no longer recommend. While phone calls were followed up as promised, they told me that I needed new brake pads after looking the vehicle over. When I called to make the appointment about a month later, it was amended to needing pads AND rotors. I had a family mechanic in another small town inspect the brakes and was told I needed neither. Absolutely perplexed (and as a female concerned about being taken advantage of), I later had the actual dealership take a look and they provided actual video of measurements with the calipers. My brakes are FINE, with 3 in the green and one just in the yellow. I’d love to give World Class the benefit of doubt but I’m afraid they’ve lost my trust.

They're good! Really good! The crew there has helped me out twice, and they're knowledgeable, they care about doing quality work, and they're very good about communicating with customers about what needs to be done. And they're fun! It's rare to see a crew who is happy to be happy and enthused to recognize and solve problems case by case, and then say to a customer "hey! We're glad you came in!"

Outstanding customer service, thorough and not going to try to charge you for something you done need. Very reasonably priced for services performed. Very busy so appointments are necessary but expected for the level of service. Highly recommended.

Dale, Jerry and the World Class team are the most honest mechanics I have ever met. They provide trustworthy and impeccable service with great rates. Dale took the time in the middle of the pandemic to call me just to see how I was doing. Great service by guys who are sincerely trying to help you out instead of just overcharging you for everything. They tell you as it is and try to save you money every step of the way.
