Greg was incredibly friendly and professional! He seems to be involved in the Waldo community and care about his customers. He was really helpful in explaining the problem to where I could visualize, and understand exactly what the breakdown of the costs were. Will definitely be back!

We have taken our cars to Greg for several years and have always been very satisfied. I had a persistent loud squeak in the steering wheel of my Lexus. We had the car at the Lexus dealer several times with no resolution....they were unable to figure out the problem. In fact, Lexus corporate said this loud annoying noise was acceptable and told us there was no fix! We took the car to Greg at Wornall Garage....he found the problem and fixed it quickly...it was a miracle. We were probably going to have to trade in the car as listening to this noise on a daily basis was unacceptable. Greg was a miracle worker!

Was very disappointed and will not use again. Since the owner has responded: The drive he speaks of was 3 blocks. I told him several times the car was acting different and making a strange noise. The car broke down only hours after leaving his shop. I identified the sound the car had been making to the mechanic who did fix the problem and he confirmed that this would have been the sound a car would be making. I took receipts for previous work to my new mechanic and found out I was overcharged for multiple repairs and services. On my final visit to Wornall Garage, I stood for over 12 minutes while the owner was busy discussing everything but cars to a lovely young blonde woman. Couldn't we have just left disappointed stand?
