We went here for the first time and had a great experience, they are very friendly and provides a great customer service. Albert was very thorough, and he explained the process well, Nolan is very knowledgeable with detailing and for sure knows what they are doing. Will definitely come back again!! The car looks brand new again, five stars, highly recommend!!!! Thanks for taking care of my car and treating it like your own.

Highly recommend!! Took my car in for a regular wash and added wax and couldn’t be happier. I’ve tried other spots in San Francisco and they never left my car looking this good. On top of that everyone there is super friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

We recently had our car detailed and also added the ceramic coating at WOW. Nolan explained the process to us, noting that the matte finish on our car would be treated differently than other coatings. From start to finish, no complaints, excellent customer service, and my car looked better than when I picked it brand-new from the dealership. I sent a message via Yelp app and got a timely response back including responding to my question if they were familiar with my special type of paint (Infiniti's dynamic sunstone red) as it's a special process and requires special care. The owner Nolan came out immediately to assess my car and was very personable, engaging and knowledgeable as we agreed to what was needed and some possible issues with the interior if necessary. The shop is immaculate and very stylish with a nice lounge with refreshments (even foosball) that overlooks the garage so you can watch while they work. I got the platinum package as this was my first detailing and was so worth it. My car was ready as scheduled (5 hours later) and Bachka, who closed me out was also very pleasant/personalbe - they did not require any type of payment in the beginning. Nolan came out to give me a walk thru and I immediately had to take a video and pics as the car never looked so good! Will be back for maintenance - car washes (never again will my baby go thru those car wash machines again) and detailing as Nolan earned him a lifelong customer.

i know how WOW got it's name. It's what the owners say when they see their refurbished cars! My 13 year old bmw looked as good as the day I drove it off the showroom floor! Great job and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended.

The car looks great! It might actually even look better than the day we bought it from carmax a couple of months ago. Wow let us know there was no existing wax protecting the paint. Also, we went on a road trip over the weekend so there were bugs all over the front. Getting all the bugs off is usually a detail places miss but not here. It’s tough to find places to trust with your car, glad to have found this!

The staff at Wow make it steps above any other detailing operation I’ve ever worked with. Led by Nolan, the team has strategies , tools and solutions to tackle anything you can throw at them. I took my mess of an RV from the Burning Man playa to Wow and in less that 24 hours it was in perfect condition. All while they restored the interior and exterior of my 1999 LS400 back to a car I can cruise in with great pride. No kidding. You’ll love this place.

Hands-down, the best car wash and detailing experience ever! The folks here are super nice, do an excellent job and I think you get great value for high quality work They also have a really nice lounge for you to relax or work in and while your car is getting worked on. Highly recommend!

I had my car washed, waxed and detailed at Wow today. Very professional and my car looks new. The online booking is very convenient and they also had a comfortable lounge where I was able to work while waiting. I would highly recommend this service.

Never had my car professionally cleaned before, had a great experience here! Answered all of my questions, super understanding when I got confused making the appointment. Helped me out with my headlights & have an explanation of what I’d need to do in the future. My car looks brand new :)

Highly recommend Wow for your detail needs. I’m a huge supporter on small businesses especially in SF. Took my M4 in for a platinum package detail but ended up getting the ceramic coating package with interior detail. Not a pressure upsell but Nolan educated me on the quality differences on products and options so I could make my own decision. I’m loving how my car looks now. Even when it’s dirty, it looks clean. Nolan recommend different options on the up keep but I choose to have him take care of all the maintenance washes. Don’t hesitate to reach out to Wow. Not sure if Nolan is the person you’ll get but I recommend asking for him.
