The guys here are friendly and fast and the service is affordable! My rear tires got patched for half the price from the other places that I went to. The shop will definitely earn my visit the next time I need their service. Edit - Got a tire replacement and oil change just after Christmas, want to say again great prices and fast friendly service, everything was done less than two hours. Moved down to Elk Grove last year but still came here for my car maintenances.

I went to X for new tires and was treated to great customer service. Arsal (one of the owners) gave me a better quote on the Falken Rubitreks than I got from other shops. He was able to bring me in the next day. And, when I got there, I realized I was missing the lug nut key for my aftermarket wheels. No problem! They ordered one and it was delivered within a few minutes, and they continued to get the new tires mounted and balanced, and my suspension aligned. This family-run business provides great service with speed and precision. Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your time… 12/28/24 I took my Hyundai accent to get a wheel bearing replacement also an alignment. The next day I felt something was wrong car was swaying back and forth so I returned to the same shop have then check it out they said everything was ok. two days later I was back at another shop my car was shaking and wobbly not drivable. The other shop said I have a bad tire and needed and alignment mind you I just had the job done two days before so I took my car there left with more issues dont recommend this shop at all..

These guys are great got a flat tire up the street they came down took the tire off for me went back put a tire on it came back and put it on and they still only charged me $90 that's awesome and they did it in less than a half hour

This place has great customer service and awesome pricing, they beat other prices, for me. It is a family-owned business and its cozy. The mechanics are professional and would put you in the loop of everything that they may find in your car. The took good care of multiple vehicles that I brought in for a wheel alignment service. one of my vehicles is a lifted jeep wrangler and it is hard to perform and alignment service on it but they did it! They finished them in a short period of time and their location is pretty central and convenient. I very much recommend this place for all of your tire, brake, oil change, and alignment needs, if you want to pay less AND save time!

Went in today for an alignment and ended up needing all my tires replaced. Something I knew but had put off for way too long. I talked to Amin and Arsal who were extremely helpful. Gave me price points for new and used tires to find an affordable option that worked best for me. Tires replaced and alignment done in a timely manner. This is a great, affordable, and honest shop! Extra points for being so close to my house and being open on Sundays! Thank you.

Called around today (October 24th, 2024) at about 10:45 AM. All places in downtown and West Sac were busy. Some didn't pick up their phone. Shazim (a young man) the boss answered the phone politely and addressed all my questions. I need brake service because the front end of them were making noises. The main questions were: How much will it cost and how long will it take. He quoted me for $280 for parts and service for brake pads and rotors. This is for a Honda Fit vehicle 2013. Other places quoted me above $300 and would take a whole day or the next. When you need brakes, you need them immediately. Safety issues. Time is precious. I actually live down the street about 1 minute away. It never occurred to me to stop by here. But X Tires and Auto Service does both tires and basic mechanic works. Super convenience. Even if I had to drop it off for a few hours or a day, home is a walk away. The mechanic named Amin (an older gentleman) got in the vehicle with me to test what the problem with the brakes. Initially, he said it wasn't much of an issue, as we drove around the block. But I was more concerned and asked him to take the wheels out for further inspection. The brake pads were partially worn out. The rotors are still good. But I decided best to replace both. Shazim called for auto parts and Amin carefully took out all front-end brake components. When I saw the Amin the mechanic, I knew he knew what he was doing right away: a complete expert. Well-dressed in a typical blue mechanic uniform, he oozes confidence. This master mechanic lacks no conviction and is highly competent. This is decades of experience in the making. This put me at ease and gave peace of mind. I watched Amin carefully and thoroughly put the rotors and pads back in. Quite impressive. Like brushing his teeth. He sprayed and tightened every nuts and bolts to perfection. The man does not mess around. A good soldier. Definitely want to bring him to war with you. A definite win. Amin put the parts on faster than he took them off. Parts on about 10 minutes. Total time of taking the parts off and inspection: 15 minutes. Waiting for auto parts driver to come: 15 minutes. Putting new parts on: 10 minutes. So I was out in about 40 minutes. Superman's speed. The only time you'll ever get a 40-minute mechanical job done with any auto shop is AIR in all 4 tires. Never will it be that fast for any basic vehicle's issues. We all know this. Time is priceless. Both Shazim and Amind are honest and hardworking. Easy to talk to, ask questions and converse. A pleasant experience from A to Z. Got a loyal customer for life. Will definitely recommend them for all future tires and basic auto service. No doubts. Thank you, both men. Total respect.

I was traveling from Oregon to San Diego with a stop in Sacramento. My car started running rough. I had a feeling it was the spark plugs. I called 15 different places. X Tires and Auto Service not only had the best price they got me in and out quickly! From the first phone call to leaving their place they were friendly and helpful. They replaced my spark plugs and found a couple of other things that needed to be fixed. There was no pressure to have them fixed but after they were explained to me I decided to do 2 of them. The other I was told could wait until I got home to have my car guy look at my car. They took good care of me and my car. I highly recommend X Tires and Auto Service!

Would 100 percent recommend this place. I bought tires for a new set of rims I bought and they threw in balancing and valve stems for free. The staff here is friendly and would give you a good conversation while you wait

Great experience with X Tires and Auto Service! Came in and out in less than an hour getting my car’s oil changed and tires rotated. Definitely coming back for any future work my car needs. Location is very convenient and close to multiple freeways so easy to stop by for someone on the go.

The people who work here are HONEST, nice, and welcoming. Had the guys at Midas tell me I needed 4 new tires on the used car I recently purchased. Great experience at XTires and Auto Service, above 5 stars - HIGHLY recommend! Very hands on approach with diagnostic and visual overview. Steps way above and beyond your standard Jiffy Lube or commercial shop. Extremely reasonable prices. I don’t typically write reviews but it was a must after my visit today. They even fixed my broken light at no charge, along with catching two severe gashes in my back to tires.
