Had coolant flush on 2014 Honda Ridgeline. Mechanic managed to lose or break attachment screws/clips for the deflector panel and a smaller access panel. To their credit they owned up to the mistake and ordered the new parts from Honda. Great follow through by Jamie! Thank you sir!!

I’ve brought my car to this shop twice now and recommend them! My first visit was for a wiring harness replacement after some pack rats chewed it up, and they did a great job. This time, my car started sputtering on the highway, even though we had recently replaced the fuel pump. Shelly at the front desk kindly fit us in on short notice for a diagnostic, allowing us to drop it off on Monday. My wife had a flight on Wednesday, so we needed the car back first thing in the morning. Joe, the owner, was very communicative, and by Tuesday night, he let us know the fuel pump was in the clear. The whole team was accommodating, and we were able to pick up the car on time. I come back each time because of their professionalism, flexibility, and great service.

It was my first time using X pert auto. They were right on time. In and out in 1 hr 20 minutes. Technician Jaymie came to talk to me, sat down and answered all my questions I will come back to use them again.

Great work and competitive pricing! Plus, it's always a pleasure speaking with Joe (the owner), Shelly (in the front), and the various mechanics who've worked on my vehicle. I never feel pressured to pay for more than I need. In fact, they've been very honest with me regarding what should and shouldn't be done sooner than later, and that is greatly appreciated!

Feel very fortunate to have these folks in the neighborhood. Their work is second to none — their scheduling and processes — along with their follow up are refreshing to say the least. They’re honest to a fault — won’t try and talk you into crap you don’t need. They sent my bride down the road to a competitor for tires because it was the best solution for us — the Customer. I brought in wife's Mercedes my first time at this shop the first thing on everyone's mind when they visit a shop for the first time is I hope their honest and hope they don't mess anything up ...car needed a radiator hose and and a few other parts that were waring and needed replacing ... Plus car had a strong gas smell coming from the rear of the car ... so my over All experience at Xpert was a Good one Joe and his Team of Xperts are very Good and personable at their Craft and I plan on keeping them for future car maintenance...Thank you Xpert

X-pert automotive is the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful finding an egr line that had been discontinued for my car. They were able to find it and put it in for me and they were very reasonable with the price, I will be returning and recommending to friends and family.

Xpert staff are friendly, competent and do great work with no surprises at the end! They communicate their findings about you vehicle and are effective in their repair work. They are now doing maintenance on my third vehicle. Costs are better than reasonable. I highly recommend Xpert Automotive for vehicle repairs and maintenance, both domestic and foreign.

Was told by a shop (that I will not name) that my 2018 Toyota 4Runner needed replacement of the upper ball joints at a cost of over $1,500. Inspection by X-Pert resulted in no problem found. Additionally, unnamed shop recommended other services deemed not required by X-Pert. I probably saved over $2,000 due to owner Joe Pate's honesty and integrity. Go there - you will get honest, quality work done on your vehicle, and only if it's needed. April 10, 2024 was my lucky day.

The entire staff is willing to answer any questions. That's important to me because I'm the kind of guy that asks a lot of questions.

This was my second visit to X-pert. The first time was an emergency battery replacement and they were so great about fitting me in that I decided to give them a try instead of going to the dealer for regular maintenance (oil change, filter replacement, tire rotation). Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable from booking my appointment to reviewing what had been done on my car. It was a great experience and I will be returning.

This shop has been a Godsend for our large family. We have multiple drivers in the home all with older vehicles that do break down quiet often. These ladies and gentlemen are quick, honest, fair priced and all around just really helpful. You can rest assured that you will.be listened to, that they know their stuff and that they will never try to rip anyone off. We will be using them from now on .

Volunteer advocate for Disabled Veterans and Seniors in Tucson: Failed to repair electrical system including. alternator, battery &parts; Replaced alternator with used/defective component which malfunctioned damaging new battery and electrical; "Claimed"front and back brakes needed replacement wrongfully when 2 different AAA facilities verified brakes did not need repairs. Filed Attorney General Complaint #CICFLU09-NTIFA Mr. Pate, owner has been, rude, evasive with communications with anti-semitic slurs. Seek alternative repair facilities, for "trust", per this senior.
