Don't bring your car here. Brought it in for oil change and an inspection. Obviously didn't get inspection cause 3 days later it broke down on the side of the road. DO NOT TRUST ANY MECHANICS NORTH OF THE RIVER IN KANSAS CITY!!!!!

I stopped by just before closing on a Friday night because my car was making a grinding noise in the rear wheel. Despite the shop already being closed, Troy insisted on taking a look after hearing the noise. His willingness to go above and beyond gave me much-needed peace of mind heading into the weekend. I truly appreciate his dedication and exceptional service. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for honest and customer-focused care

these guys are wonderful, kind polite and fair. They go over and above. I just bought a 2015 Yukon unfortunately the transmission was bad as you can appreciate how upset I was thank God I bought an extended warranty. Their company was one of two that the insurance would only cover I was not happy with this not knowing anything about this company. When I called they were the most standup guys I’ve met not only did I have to get a rental have a tow pay a deductible. The insurance company did not cover 150.00 of the total expense. Jeremiah was so kind and said, don’t worry about it we got you. who does that anymore? They care about their customers they take care of their customers I just can’t say enough thank you to all you who fixed our car. I hope to pick it up today but I just wanted to put this out there to let you know how thankful I am for you. Ellen W.

This is the third time they have worked on my 24 year old car. They always let me know of what needs to be done now and look at later. My car is always fixed when they say it will be. It doesn’t take 2 trips . Their prices are lower than most places and they care about their work!! I always feel good when I leave!! And I am older, tired, and a tightwad living on Social Security so this all is very important To me!! No bull•••• !!!

I have been coming to this shop since 2016 before they were named XPerts. Troy and Jeremiah are constantly making sure my car is up to par and have never made me feel taken advantage of coming in constantly as a woman. This is very RARE in this field. There have been multiple times where they stayed after hours or went above and beyond to make things happen in a timely manner. I will forever trust them with my vehicles and am grateful for the business friendship we have created.

I took a 2005 Honda Accord that belonged to an elderly and infirmed friend. The car had a parasitic load that repeatedly drained the new battery. Troy's testing was thorough and his fee was most reasonable. The steps he took to identify the cause of the battery drain were both logical and methodical. In the process he found and corrected several other potential sources. I am highly confident in Troy's expertise and integrity and do recommend him highly.

DO NOT GO HERE This use to be a great mechanic shop when Pete ran it. Pete took care of the customer always. But when these guys took over it has become nothing but a cesspool of incompetence and breading ground for problems. Came to this pathetic excuse for a auto shop in July to get a tire patched, waited 40 mins for them to tell me it can’t be patched with where it is. Then head mechanic at Xperts auto pwho’s wife works at the advanced auto parts right up the street on north oak attempted to sell me tires which I didn’t ask about nor need. I went to the auto mechanic shop in riverside and they took care of it no problem. I got my oil changed here once like a year ago (I usually do it myself but I was in a hurry that week and had several things I had to do) When the time came to change my oil again I started to take off the oil plug and it was barely hanging on by a thread, they also didn’t put the washer on with the oil plug. If the oil plug comes out your screwed and then you don’t have a car. Save your time and money and go somewhere else it may take a little while before you find a good one. Anywhere else but here will suffice

Good Shop that just opened in October. The guys are genuine and the service is good. They will take care of what you need. They showed me a detailed outline of what was wrong with my car with pictures. Very transparent about cost as well. My new go to shop.

Solid shop. I'm very picky with my vehicles and had them do a pretty decent size job on my truck for a very fair price. They are very responsive to any issues and are extremely friendly. I've tried a large amount of shops, some good, many not as good, but in the KC area this is where I'm sending my business.
