Phenomenal location for quick and easy automotive repairs. I have come here twice already to have two tires repaired and it was done effectively and within an efficient timeframe. Appreciate how nice and understanding they were about the issue and assisted there forward. Great and highly recommend! They work on European cars as well.

My husband and I stopped as good Samaritans to help an elderly man whose car broke down on 40th and Hillsborough. We couldn't jump his car so we helped push it into the Express Auto Care driveway so we weren't in the middle of the road working on this vehicle. Obviously it's safer. The manager of the store came out and started screaming at me my husband and the man about how we are blocking his driveway and hurting his business. When I calmly responded to him explaining we were just taking the battery out to put a battery my husband and I had in the car he very loudly and rudely told me I was a woman and he would not discuss this with me!!?!!? Well I would guess probably half or more of his customers are women. All this to say... A man who runs a shop saw my husband and I helping a elderly man with car problem and instead of helping him he was only concerned that one of the two driveways was going to be blocked and hurt his business. He I guess "reminded" me that I was a woman and put me in my place where I should be. The elderly man was very sweet and tried to compensate us (which we would not accept) but what is happening in this world? I mean when did money and sexism become more important than helping someone in need. It's sad to say that around the holidays I would expect more, but we need to do better. Anytime someone is in need and you are able to help you should. We aren't mechanics but we still went around the block to help, more than the owner/manager of Xpress Auto Care would do for an elderly man who needed a helping hand. Oh and I would suggest being kind and respectful to women, if for any other reason than they provide money in your pocket (since that seems to be your only motivation)

These unprofessional rude employees I would never recommend this place to anyone. I came to get an oil change now my car does not work at all. I will definitely be getting a lawyer because I’m definitely suing.

Said that they didn't have used tires when I know they do. I think the guy was just trying to make a more expensive sale. We went to Doug's tires instead and got a great deal.

Went to get my brakes done I Specifically told the man front brakes only if I wasn’t sitting out side my front brakes would have been on the back . Smh he took of my back tire until I stop him . I came home relaxed alil and had to make a store run now when I crank my car maintenance tire light comes on so now I got to take my car back because I think he either put the lug nuts on too tight or he didn’t even put them on tight enough or he didn’t put my tire on right but they make you pay full service before they complete the service.👎👎never again bad service

Terrible customer service and are extremely rude. They price gouge customers. They do horrible work and drag you on the time it takes to get a job done. I would not recommend ANYONE to them unless you want to leave your car with crooks. I am warning everyone in my family, friends and associates to NEVER bring their vehicles to Xpress Auto.
