Wow ! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Jr, Jesse and Rosy were truly AMAZING ! They were all very informative regarding my issue and they were willing to see me the morning I called. The shop was very clean and welcoming. There communication was professional and respectful. I haven’t seen a mechanic in about 2 years because I haven’t found a reliable trustworthy one. This place is my cars new home. If you’re looking for A Reliable, Trustworthy, Affordable, Professional mechanic this is THEE PLACE !

After taking my car to my usual mechanic who refused to fix it, I called Xpress and they gave me all the options for my vehicle. Their prices are affordable. These guys were amazing. They were very informative and explained everything down to the tea. As women I hate taking my car to shops alone because they love to get over on us women and we pay a arm and leg but these guys are nothing like that, they thoroughly explain everything and like i said they are affordable. They let me know of any other issues with my vehicle. They were fast and efficient. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend them. I will definitely be back next week to get this other issue with my car fixed because I trust these guys with my car.

This is the best shop and I truly mean that. I am a opinionated person and if I don’t like something I’m first to say it. The owner is a caring, motivating, and kind person. I came to this shop for the first time because my car was having trouble or so I thought the men that work here possessed a lot of integrity. Most shops lie and say they are fixing parts or over charge and get over on people. These gentlemen really take their time to explain to you what’s wrong with your car and actually show you the parts and etc. Most shops just take your money and get down on you especially if you are a female. The owner is a nice men he really care about his staff and definitely his customers. I end up not getting any work done because my car didn’t have the problems I thought it did. Instead of them taking my money they let me know nothing was wrong with my car. The shop also provides free estimates unlike most shops which charge you to even see what’s wrong with it. I definitely will come to this shop if I have any work I need done so far they made a very good first impression on me and I will recommend this shop to everyone I know that needs work on a car.

Someone stole from me in the middle of the night and in the middle of the busiest day of week JR put that flex pipe in for me last minute and left it OEM! this the SECOND job they do for me and they always do right by the customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

These guys have great customer service. I have a problem that popped up with my power windows, and DJ was able to squeeze me in and diagnose the issue free of charge. Dj is a top professional and runs an excellent crew.

This team is amazing and straightforward! I've went to other places and had work done and thought my car was in working condition, but when I brought it in to Jr and his team come to find out the work I thought was done was never done or half-***ed to just to take my money. I put my car into their care and they gave it back to me in amazing condition that it doesn't even make the noises it was. I came from a long way (Romeoville), but will definitely be back! I was recommended this shop and now I’m 100% recommending it to everyone else in need of great service. I had the most unexpected car trouble and Jr was able to suggest many options and listen to what exactly I needed and delivered! It’s a busy shop but never at any point was I not attended. People here are great Hard workers! Guy name Roger made his way to help me out actually Inspected my car and told me exactly what the problem was! Though I have a mechanic, It was suggested to bring my vehicle here when there was a smell and noise when the air conditioner was on. Upon entering, it's evident that this is a very busy shop, though the owner was pulled in multiple directions from tending to customers, to answering phones, to coaching staff, it was also evident that he was passionate about his field of work as I witnessed him send a customer to a nearby auto store, have the customer video call once inside to direct him where to go and aurhorize a discount, all the while, training a new employee. I was impressed by his attention to detail and compassionate customer service. Trustworthy, affordable mechanic shops are hard to come by but I'm glad to say I found that at Xpress Auto Repair. Xpress Auto & Tires is definitely a gem. My experience at this shop, from the mechanic work and the prices to the customer service was amazing.
