First time coming here to get my tires checked and some emergency lights checked, engine and tires. The owner spoke to me about the issues in a very friendly and clear way that I was able to understand. After my experience I feel comfortable coming back for any future issues that may come up.

Guys were amazing. Helped me from the beginning to end. Best mechanic shop around. Parts were messed up and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the right parts, and was able to leave the same night. My family and I appreciate them to the fullest .

Im really grateful for Rogelio who went above and beyond to help me out these past week. I came into his shop with 2 different vehicles that needed repairs. He gave me an estimate for both vehicles and explained to me what were the issues with them. I didn’t want to put more money into the repairs so I decided to get rid of the vehicles and let Roger know that I was looking to purchase a vehicle and let him know what I was looking for and what price range. He contacted me within 2 days to let me know he found something for me. Today I drove out of Xpress Auto & Tires lot with a 2012 Lincoln MKT for a great price. Thank you so much Rogelio for all your help and for being an honest man/mechanic. I appreciate you. Much recommended mechanic shop and it’s a plus because he sells vehicles too.

I recently took my car to “Xpress Auto & Tires” and honestly I had a good experience!! The staff was friendly and their service was fast, they also explained everything in detail on what was the issue & what I needed for my car!! I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The pricing was fair, and there were no hidden fees. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a reliable and honest car service. I’ll definitely be returning in the future for repairs!!

I typically don’t do reviews, but this one has to be written, I recommend this mechanic Rogelio. He was really patient with me and was able to get my car back on the road within a day also reasonable prices very polite and accommodating. They got the parts the same day where can you find that at? if I could put ten stars I would!

I’ve had an amazing experience here at Xpress auto. The owner was very honest, upfront, and kind. I was greeted immediately after walking into the shop. He got straight to the point. He figured out exactly what was wrong with my car and made sure he gave me the best prices and deals as to what my next steps will be. I 100% will be coming back to this place with no hesitation if I run into car troubles again!

I had my fair shares of mechanics and by far this shop has been my best experience! The mechanics were very helpful as well as Roger the owner. They didn’t hesitate to help and explain what was wrong with the car. They offered the finance for payment plans which is helpful for those with financial struggles. I sincerely recommend this family owned mechanic!! I found this shop on Google, and they were so helpful after I failed my emissions test:( Junior and Roosevelt called around and found the part I needed immediately. They made my situation feel like a priority and were very professional. I brought my car in early as advised. They quoted me a price and stuck to it, even though it was more work than anticipated. I picked my car up the same day, and Roosevelt and Junior even educated me about my car along the way! The service was expeditious, cost effective and customer service was impeccable. I definitely have a new Go-To mechanic that is honest, with integrity and skill:)) Thank you again for a great service and I will be returning and recommending you to anybody asking for a great mechanic in the Chicago area!
