I had a bad oil leak in my bmwX6 and I did not want to go back to the dealership because I had already spent over 50,000 dollars on repairs and maintenance. I found Wassek online and I went to go get a quote. Wassek generously told me that the engine needed repair and I trusted him to take care of my car. He gave me a call in about 2 hours and fully fixed the leak! I will be recommending Wassek to all of my friends and family if they ever need car repair. If you are tired of going it the dealership and getting outrageous prices go to this spot. Wassek and his team did everything in a timely manner and treated me with the upmost respect!

I called this place to see about getting my transmission fluid changed and the gentle man I spoke with refused to do the service. He gave me his input on telling people they shouldn’t change their fluid if they don’t have any issues going on so I told him that my vehicle is shifting weird and very hard shifts then he said he didn’t do anything with it if it didn’t have a dip stick I said the vehicle does have a dip stick he then stated yea I wouldnt do it and I said you can’t do it? He said no. If I could give a lower star rating I would!!! How do you advertise a service on your website then refuse?! I don’t recommend them for anything if they can’t even stick to their word of the service they offer are they really that good? **Update after posting this review whoever I spoke with decided to call me back and thank me for my 1 star review. The place obviously has an issue to the point where he called my back and left me a voice mail stating all of this. I won’t stop here I will let everyone know how rude and unprofessional this place is.

I have been a customer of Xpress Auto to support local businesses, even though their services tend to be on the expensive side. However, my recent experience was disappointing and raises concerns about their diagnostic practices. I recommend avoiding this shop for anything other than routine maintenance. I visited the shop to address a check engine light triggered by code P011A – Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 1/2 Correlation. Their diagnosis concluded that the coolant sensor needed replacement. They charged $700 to replace a part that typically costs around $25, yet the issue persisted. After three visits and scheduling challenges due to their limited hours (Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), the problem remained unresolved. On my final visit, the shop proposed an additional $800-$900 repair, which made it evident that their initial diagnosis was incorrect. I requested a refund for the previous repair since the issue was not resolved, but they declined. Upon researching the problem myself, I discovered that the engine coolant level was low. Topping it off resolved the issue immediately, clearing the check engine light. This highlights a critical diagnostic oversight, as coolant levels should be one of the first things inspected for this error code. Shops specializing in automotive repair should recognize that a correlation error (like P011A) often points to inconsistencies between sensors, which can sometimes be caused by simple fluid imbalances rather than faulty parts. This experience has unfortunately shaken my trust in Xpress Auto’s ability to provide thorough diagnostics. As a customer, I expected a more systematic approach, starting with basic checks like coolant levels before suggesting costly part replacements.

Fast and Professional Service! I had a great experience at Xpress Automotive. I chose them because of the location and numerous positive reviews. I brought my vehicle in due to some brake issues. A short time later I received a phone call explaining the details of my problem and was given a very competitive quote for the work. My vehicle was ready to go later that day. Wassek and his team provided a great service for my Pilot. I stopped without appointment and requested their opinion on a concern. I expected they will require an appointment, but they pulled the car on the lift, checked it out and advised me to top up the power steering fluid - no charge. I later took the car for a service where they completed the necessary work at a reasonable rate, and no attempt to upsell. We will take our Rav4 to them as well.

This place was amazing. I live in Glendale and my work is here in Awhatukee. Car was burning so I asked if I could come in and have them check it out because I live all the way on Glendale and was afraid I would not make it home. They took me right in put the car up found out it was plastic burning under my car. These guys did not even charge for fo checking my car out. Of course I gave them a nice tip. Love this place very honest sincere people work here.

Not impressed. My first visit I was told there was a leak that was too hard to determine but the oil change was done anyway. I would think resolving the leak would supersede the oil change but what do I know. Then I was told they would need to wash the undercarriage to find the leak. They charged me for the washing and then told me to come back so they could see more clearly. I am busy - my time is valuable. Horrible customer service, I was made to feel like his schedule was far more important than mine and that I was sitting around. So there’s no way to properly diagnose a leak without this back and forth? Seems like either this place doesn’t have the proper tools or lacks the skills to properly service cars. Or I was being charged for my ignorance. If so that’s pretty unethical. I wouldn’t go here. A mechanic should be able to diagnose your cars issues without having to return 3 times.

This is my place of choice for my vehicles to receive its maintenance. Great customer service with Wassek running the front office. Wassek really cares for his customers, and provides good information with vehicle issues. Recently, I had my brakes and rotors replaced and the pricing was very reasonable. The experience is awesome. If you are not taking your car to Xpress Automotive, you may be doing your car a disservice. Get the proper service for your car, take it to Xpress Automative.

Terribly rude employees. I parked here and took a work call before going to ask about pricing, And an employee came out while I was on the call and began writing down my license plate and threatening To have my car towed not realizing that I was an incoming customer. Explains why the tire shop next to them has so much more business
