I have went to the Colerain location for many yrs. In fact, they are the only one I will let work on my vehicle and I’ll tell you why! The people that work there are highly knowledgeable and completely honest. Mike Logan the manager, gives the best customer service I have ever experienced from ANY service station I have ever encountered! Not only is his customer service the best there is but his knowledge comes from not only education but experience and that is a skill that is priceless! He has always been honest and has never pulled any “salesmen” pitch on me! In fact, I went in to have my tires swapped out and I thought my Honda needed an alignment because it was shaking at 65mph, he gave me a quote on what it all wld cost and after completing the tires he informed me that in his professional opinion my car didn’t need to be realigned, that he believed it was a balancing issue! If I have went anywhere else they wld have done the alignment and charged me for it regardless of it needed it or not! If I wld have found out the alignment was done and it didn’t need it I would have never been back! While I’m sure his job is to upscale, it is the mere facts that he has never recommended I do something that wasn’t necessary! And I am a repeat customer because of it! Also there is an short Mexican dude, ya know, everyone favorite town Mexican (inside joke) whose name is Henry, that man deserves to be promoted to his own store! He exhibited great knowledge and experience just as Mike does! These are the type of employees that you one, promote, and two, you do everything you can to keep! Henry always looks at my car when it’s on the wracks and makes sure he doesn’t see any problems or potential problems that cld cause issues in the future. And you can’t find workers that treat you like your family. At this location that is what they treat you like! Like your their wife and it’s their kids you are putting in your car, and they want to make sure your safe! The prices are always fair. Some of these places charge outrageous prices to do simple things, but you won’t find that here! It’s almost like the understand that ppl are struggling financially and instead of raising their prices all the time like other ppl do they keep them at a reasonable level so that the middle class can afford it without wiping out your savings. I wld definitely call this place to see if whatever needs done to your car if they offer that service! If you go somewhere else I PROMISE YOU, you will be paying ridiculous more!

I went to Xpress Pro and it was a great experience. I thought that I needed to buy new tires, instead I just needed shocks. It could have been more costly had I needed tires as well, but the mechanic was truthful and I really appreciated his honesty

Always great service. I go here anytime I need work done on my car and they never try to pressure me into any unnecessary maintenance like other places I have gone in the past. Definitely recommend going here for fast and efficient service for any of your cars needs.

Made an appointment to have air conditioner looked at, dropped it off and ran errands. Hour later they called said all done, and they asked me if I had heard the loud vibrations under the hood. I said omg, yes, but we've had other garages look at it and they could not find anything... This guy found the issue in 5 minutes, and it was serious. Showed me how the belt tensioner was only held on by the belt itself! My wife drives hundreds of miles by herself sometimes, and this could have been bad had it broke in the middle of nowhere where. They had it replaced in just couple of hours!! I take my cars there anytime they need work. This shop is incredible, nice guys, who know what their doing, and no hustle!!! 10 stars in my book!! We took my car there due to the AC was blowing hot air. It needed freon. When they called about the AC they they mentioned another problem that they found. We explained that we had taken it elsewhere, and no one could find the problem. They found the problem in a few minutes. We gave the okay to fix that as well. When we went to pick it up, they showed us the part that was broke. They explained everything. This is the second time we have take my car there. We will continue using them.

Xpress Pro Tire & Auto formerly Car-X This company has no integrity. I went to get my car AC fix. I paid the service fee for an AC diagnostic; I was told that I needed Freon and that would fix the problem. However, once I agreed to pay for the recharge. However, once the recharge was done my air was still blowing hot air. I requested a refund; as you could feel the air was still blowing hot. The manager was very dismissive and hung up the phone on me. I contacted corporate and they had the same manager who previously hung up return the call. I’m out of $211.00 and still not air in my car. Avoid this company now called Xpress Pro Tire & Auto formerly Car-X. Don’t waste your money!

I have done business with them for years and made the mistake of going to another Carx just once during that time. The other Carx messed things up so badly that I had to bring my car back to Colerain just to get it fixed.

This Car X location in Colerain is absolutely fantastic! They are always upfront and honest about repairs. Their prices are competitive and I feel like this is the only auto repair/maintenance shop I can trust. Bob Sumerel, Vavoline, Ford, and honestly any other car shop I’ve been to have failed me. This location is beyond expectations with their work! Thank you so much for always taking care of my car needs with HONESTY! I will always recommend them over any other car shop in the tristate 110%!! Mike and Henry are absolutely amazing and always get the job done RIGHT and within reasonable price!

I have used Car X for years, through several cars and have always been treated fairly and as a valued customer. The work they have done for me has always been excellent, with that and the customer service I’ve gotten, I will not be going anywhere else.

I went into the Winton rd store the manager Brain and a guy who was more interested in drinking beer, and being off work this Saturday 8/5/23 @3:15 pm with no cars being fixed on IN ANY OF THE BAYS they told me I see metal in your tire but I can't fix it. I don't have guys here to fix it and its no time...Tgey close at 4:30 pm so kindly ask why Brain can't you fix my tire since I have a warranty with any carx, Brain proceeded to ask me what location did I get my tires from and he doesn't have time to fix it. I said thank and came to the colerain location. Thank you guys for picking up the slack of a failing store. Hats off to..Mike, Henry, Greg! They deserve a big raise, lunch a hug, and a cold brew being a good person does not cost you anything. Guys thank you for fixing my tire. CHEERS TO YOU!!!😘 your so appropriated!!!

I'm always happy with CarX. Used to go to the one in Anderson township on Asbury road and now I go to this one. I don't have anything negative to say, they always get the job done, they're always straightforward, and always no bullcrap. Their prices are usually pretty darn competitive too. No shady business.

Last week I had to reschedule my oil change very last minute and the gentleman on the other end of the phone was able to get me rescheduled within the week with ease, which I very much appreciated! Additionally, when I was able to show up for my appointment, I asked the gentleman helping me (I did not catch his name!), to also take a look at my back windshield wiper if possible because another car location informed me it was a "custom order". He quickly was able to look up the information I needed and where I could find the correct size (no custom order needed) because they did not carry that size in the store. I thanked him and took a seat, but shortly after, he came back out to the lobby and informed me that he double checked in the back and in deed found the size I needed. He said he would sell it to me for a very low and well reasonable price and would even be happy to install it for me. I am sincerely grateful for the honest, efficient and kind team that works at the Colerain Car X location! I will absolutely be returning for my future car services.

I would leave a negative star if I could. This place is a joke. Waited 30 minutes at the counter just to get checked in and I had an appointment. Then they couldn't finish the job and only knocked 20 dollars off of my bill. Also, lied to me about something being wrong with the car when it's not. Will NEVER take my car here again. Beware!

We booked our appointment for the Colerain location on line and they didn’t get the notice until we arrived. The staff was accommodating and fit us in but the system needs to be upgraded, otherwise I have no complaints.

Went in for what I thought was a bolt or something loose and turned out to be a caliper being loose, they fixed it for no charge at all. They were very nice and also let me see what the problem was.
